Jackson's Maid -- He Binged On Drugs

Michael JacksonOne of Michael Jackson's former housekeepers told law enforcement the singer was often in such bad shape from drugs, his eyes would roll back in his head.

We've obtained documents from the Santa Barbara County Sheriff Department's 1993 investigation into allegations of child molestation. Kristina Fournier told deputies back then ... she saw syringes while she was employed at Neverland. Deputies asked her if she ever saw Jackson inject himself with a hypodermic needle -- she said no.

Fournier told deputies she was aware Jackson was under the influence of drugs and "under a doctor's care." Fournier said she saw doctors "come and go" at Neverland.

And Fournier said, on the subject of Jackson's drug addiction, "I think he had good periods and bad periods, and when he had a bad period, he had a bad period. Then he would get off (referring to drugs) and then it would start again."

Fournier said it was "well-known" among the Neverland staff that Jackson had a drug problem -- "Yes, and people would say, his eyes were rolling in the back of his head and he wouldn't know what he was talking about."

17. Jackson was a grown man, but that does not by any stretch of the imagination absolve Doctors from their duty of care, which is first to DO NO HARM. A plethora of doctors did exactly that. They knowingly provided a man who had been in rehab with powerful, addictive medications. The plastic surgeons who worked on Jackson should have referred him for counseling, not more surgeries. Dr Murray administered drugs that should have only been given in a hospital and to compound matters was not even an anesthesiologist. The pharmacies were owed huge bills by Jackson, which means they knew that all those prescriptions under false names were his, since they were billed to him.

All these parties hold responsibility. These people are breached some serious ethical issues. A lot of you say that it was his own responsibility, what if it was your family? These healthcare providers are held to a higher standard. It is different than some questionable actions of an assistant, bodyguard or friend. If we can't trust doctors to care for us when we can't make the right decisions for ourselves, we need to be extremely worried. Money should not be able to override the doctors responsibility to act in our best interests.

18. Why is it such a surprise to everyone that MJ was a drug addict? For the past 15 years or so you could tell he was a drug addict! And a plastic surgeon addict, etc. I don't understand why people are so shocked. Even his own family knew he had a drug problem. They tried to intervene more than once but MJ wasn't ready to get clean.

19. have cried or teared-up every day since Michael left us. The media caused him so much grief, along with our curiosity that fueled the media. Life is hard, but the beauty that Micahel shared with us was marvelous and so international and able to reach people of all walks of life and background. Thank God for people like Michael, although he is certainly one in a billion.

You know what's sad here? Michael trusted all these people from the doctors to the nannies, to the unlces and the best friends. Why is everyone all of a sudden spilling all kinds of garbage about drug abuse. You're trying to vindicate yourselves because you all feel so guilty for your participation in his death should it come to light that he indeed died of an overdose. Well NEWSFLASH!! You seem to think it's okay to keep the secrets when the celebrities are living but you don't want to live with your guilt when they die. That's not okay. Michael trusted you and now you sing like canary's

20. What was the average lifespan of being an employee of Jackson's? The turnover rate must have been incredible! Everyone appears to have gotten fired at one time or another. This is very bizarre!

23. I think this is going to go down as a tragic accident. And Michael Jackson would have died making a change to save other Hollywood lives, from these money hungry doctors. There is the positive to all this, so money doen not provide happiness just choices in life, in excess mostly bad choices.

I think the Hollywood stars should do more for charities and keep themselves active and positive and keep clear of the Drugs. I think it was obnormal for a guy like michael Jackson to be so close to people like LIZ YAYLOR, who was on medication due to old age, and it could be where Michael Jackson got the idea for the pain killer drugs. Michael was not an old man, he was not over weight. Michael Jackson was a very lonely person and all he really had was his children.

Shakes spear said when you have where with to spend everyone is your friend, and that is just it, they were fair weather friends. A real friend would not stand by and watch you kill your self, or encourage to take drugs that is harmfull.

24. HE'S NOT THE FIRST NOR THE LAST ENTERTAINER / ACTOR WHO HAS A DRUG PROBLEM. HEATH LEDGER ALSO DIED FROM AN OVERDOSE BUT COZ HEATH WAS NOT MJ THEY DIDN'T DIG TOO MUCH INTO HIS PAST. I'M SURE THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN JUST AS MUCH CONTROVERSEY ABOUT HIM AS THERE IS NOW WITH MJ.
GIVE IT A REST PEOPLE AND LET MJ JUST REST. I'M SURE A GREAT DEAL OF YOU HAVE GHOSTS IN YOUR CLOSETS SO JUST ZIP IT AND STOP ALL THE SLANDERING. THE ONLY GUILTY CULPRITS HERE ARE THE DOCTORS WHO GIVE OUT SUCH MEDICATION INSTEAD OF TRYING TO HELP PPL LIKE MJ AND OTHERS. AFTER ALL MONEY MAKES THE WORLD GO ROUND NO MATTER WHAT THE PRICE OR RESULT... MAYBE THE GOVERNMENT SHOULD BRING OUT A NEW LAW REGARDING DOCTORS AND HANDING OUT PRESCRIPTIONS.

MAYBE ALL OF U WHO INSIST ON MJ BEING A PAEDOPHILE SHOULD READ THIS AND HOPEFULLY YOU WILL SWALLOW YR TONGUES OR EVEN BETTER GET YRSELVES A LIFE AND LOOK AT YOURSELVES IN THE MIRROR

REST IN PEACE MJ XX

27. Please, lay off the kids already. What does it take? In your country you talk about free speech, freedom, your rights, innocent until proven guilty and blah blah blah. Does all this stuff only apply to the people you choose? Either you believe in the way your constitution and rule of law works or you don't. But don't go accusing people who have been proven innocent in court and then talk about how greatness and fairness of your country.
