Jackson's Maid -- He Binged On Drugs

7/14/2009 7:30 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Michael JacksonOne of Michael Jackson's former housekeepers told law enforcement the singer was often in such bad shape from drugs, his eyes would roll back in his head.

We've obtained documents from the Santa Barbara County Sheriff Department's 1993 investigation into allegations of child molestation. Kristina Fournier told deputies back then ... she saw syringes while she was employed at Neverland. Deputies asked her if she ever saw Jackson inject himself with a hypodermic needle -- she said no.

Fournier told deputies she was aware Jackson was under the influence of drugs and "under a doctor's care." Fournier said she saw doctors "come and go" at Neverland.

And Fournier said, on the subject of Jackson's drug addiction, "I think he had good periods and bad periods, and when he had a bad period, he had a bad period. Then he would get off (referring to drugs) and then it would start again."

Fournier said it was "well-known" among the Neverland staff that Jackson had a drug problem -- "Yes, and people would say, his eyes were rolling in the back of his head and he wouldn't know what he was talking about."

Fran,

Where did you find this information? I am one of the few people who believed from the beginning that Michael's father, along with a few others may have had a hand (even if somewhat from afar) in what happened to his son). Why would he promote a record label while mourning his son's death? Regardless of all the negative things that have come to light (and all these negative things are ancient history 1993-2003) they are not relevant). The bigger story is what happened on June 25, 2009. Or more precisely, what happened between March 2009 and June 25, 2009? I think something big went down.
And for the record, I am a recovering addict, and so what, drugs are a sympton of a disease called addicton, whether you are addicted to drugs, sex, money, gambling it doesn't matter. stop trashing Michael. He was a person who had faults just like everybody else. His story is not unique. He just happened to live his life in the spotlight.

it is so sad the family couldn't intervene. and i think all he employeed especially the so-called loyal ones are all guilty of his demise plus all the doctors, all the pharmacies, etc. when he was out of it throughout the years, the stealing must have be dominant at neverland ranch. what a shame. can someone tell us, where were those three kids while he was drugged up.
i don't believe a word that comes out of mico brando, he is a horrible friend.

Don't any of you want to know what really happened to MJ. If you do all has to come out. Then Mj can rest in peace. If someone who was suppose to be acting in his best interest and didn't don't you want them brought to justice. We will some learned to tox report. I heard we should get it Friday. Mj death will bring about alot of changes particular in the way doctors write prescriptions. Which is a great thing for this country. So don't get on your high horse about all this talk about MJ. His death will not go in vain. So you give it a rest for awhile with all your telling someone else to give it a rest. It is what it is.
Thank you.

Dear Mariella
Your computer has a program i think its called MS Word. It is designed to help with spelling and grammar. You should type your posts in there first and then cut and paste to TMZ. Cause i'm a tellin ya girlfriend, you can't spell or use proper sentence structure. Not to be inflamatory, but you is dum.

Yep. All these people have come forward about Michael on drugs. I mean everyday, someone new comes out about his daily pill habit. I mean, according to them, His meals were nothing but pills. All day, everyday. Wow, and they must have crawled into bed with him at night too, because they said he took them at night. So they must have been in the room with him when he went to bed and watched him take them. I'm truly amazed that he allowed x=number of people watch him do this day in and day out. And not one of them spoke up about it. Wow. Either it was the best kept secret in America or they were just so money hungry they wouldn't dare tell anybody, which I find demoralizing as a human being. Yes I know Michael is a grown man, but as a fellow human being, we should help one another and when we see another human hurting themselves we should help. No job is worth that.
I also agree that even if half of what is being said is true, bringing it to the forefront can change the way doctors are allowed to practice medicine in the country and hold them responsible. Celebrities shouldn't get preferential treatment and be allowed to get prescriptions because they are famous. They should be held culpable in cases like this. People should go to jail when they are the cause of a life being taken. I do agree with that.

Why is it when someone is a drug addict the family blames everyone else other then the person doing them...MJ was a drug addict and that was his choice...He had the money to get whatever drugs he wanted...he also had the money to get the help he needed. MJ was gone a long time ago.....it was a shell that died...I feel for the kids and his mother...
