The "hard evidence", Emma, is that the now retired detective who was involved in the initial Jordan Chandler investigation appeared on Dateline NBC several years ago and said the Jordan DID give the police an accurate description of MJ's genitals. Some fans have tried to say that someone told Jordan what to say but that is impossible because Jordan gave the description to the police BEFORE MJ was ever photographed. It was Jordan's description, in fact, that led to the police being able to obtain a warrant to photograph MJ's body. That is the "hard evidence."

he has not been buried. He's lying in a bed kept alive by life
support machines.

54. ive seen some people posting things about getting search warrants for every possible thing they can inspect in terms of Dr. Klein's property.
its not that easy to get a warrant for absolutely every thing the guy is in possession of. ie. House, Office, Car...etc.
there are a LOT of things that an investigator needs to go through in order to get a warrant including talking to a judge about what evidence they have and why the warrant is so necessary, and if the judge doesn't find a warrant necessary they won't issue one.
thats how it is here in canada at least. im not positive about the states.

58. These doctors should pay, what they did was illegal. Why didn't MJ just buy street drugs, like heroin if he wanted to nod off. I don't get it, maybe because he really was in pain? He was a junkie, but who knows for certain if he was a pedofile. He was an awesome entertainer but his life wasn't so great - having to isolate yourself all the time would make anybody strange. He got treated like God by people, no wonder he believed he could do whatever he pleased. Very sad.

59. At trial Michael Jackson was examine and they could not prove what the boy said. I believe Michael Jackson was innocent and I believe with all the evidence that the jury also saw that he was innocent and found him innocent of all 14 counts. He was innocent - the people just wanted his money and they wanted to get rich off of Michael- Believe me the jury looked at all the evidence and believe me if the cops sent that many people to his house for to search - they tried their best to find what they needed for an eviction- It did not happen - Because - Michael was innocent- What the cops found was prescription abuse- and nothing was done about that- Why? Maybe Michael would be alive today and the doctors would be in prison. There were no child abuse -But there was drug abuse- and he needed help with the drug abuse- Sad!!!

60. They need to examine those records carefully for alterations. Doctors change patient records and think they'll never get caught. It's not just in high profile cases.
