Amanda BeardAmanda Beard knows where Godaddy.com can go -- straight to court.

Beard, who used to be the pitchwoman for the site, has filed a lawsuit claiming Godaddy.com unlawfully exploited her name and image on the site without permission -- after the two agreed to part ways.

We don't know what caused the break up between the two, but a current check of Godaddy.com shows no signs of a Beard.

Nonetheless, Amanda is seeking unspecified damages. A rep for Godaddy.com says the suit is a crock.

18. GoDaddy's boss seems to think he's still 18 when he's an oldster in his 60s. I woke up and smelled the coffee, and quit doing business with GoDaddy years ago. Bob needs to grow the hell up.

19. Okay folks, layoff Amanda. She's a friend and an Olympic Gold Medal swimmer, she just got married and is having a baby boy soon. No need for the stupid-ass comments. It's her image and if they used it without her permission then she damn well has the right to sue, as I'm sure all of you would!
