47. The internet is one thing. But when so called 'reliable" news stations start reporting stories that are hear-say without proof, then thier credibilty goes right out the window. According to Michael's and Debbie's (again hear-say, because no-one knows for sure, unless tmz does some more digging)) divorce papers, she is suppose to get the kids if anything happened to Michael. Any way there is no deal unless the courts say so. The court will have the final word.

51. Obvious people don't like the way she looks, so sad to be judged that way. Isn't that the cause of michaels demise. And yet people see the effect and still treat another human this way.
I hope Debbie goe's to get those children, The Jackson's do not need little white children to raise. They would never have adopted any white children anyway. Katherine is almost 80 years old. She doesn't have much time left herself. Why oh why did Katherine run to court and file for Custody = because the children inheriet thier father's estate. They are minor's and so someone would get a lot of money to care for them. Too bad one of the children isn't over 18. They are better growing up rich and normal , then being pushed by that ugly mof Joe jackson.

52. The media is going to want to photograph and film these kids and ask them questions when they're out in public. Michael knew how to deal with that with all the security he had on hand and just the fact that he has been in the spotlight his whole life so he kind of knows what to expect.

When Debbie is in front of the media, however, not so good! These kids are going to get scared of her if she freaks out like she did that one day..

53. SO freakin' sad that now that Michael is gone, and she was paid handsomely to bear these children, that she all of a suddnen wants them back. Those children were used to Micheal's life style and his good heart. You cannot take those children out of their element and environment and just pass them around. Has anybody asked the kids how they feel? Where they would rather be? Where the best place is for them now, that the best person for them has gone !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

57. I don't think either one of the children look anything like her. She might have had donor egg implants put into her. They should do a DNA test on her to see if she is the biological mother. 60. I am pretty sure that the children will be asked with whom they want to stay in the future. They are old enough to express their wishes. As far as I know they were not in touch with the Jackson family for a couple of years. In their shoes I would go for Diana Ross - at least she was able to protect her five childrem from publicity.
