19. Debbie Rowe should NOT get those kids or even visitation rights. Just as Latoya has stated, those kids know NOTHING about her and it would be damaging for them to ALL OF A SUDDEN have to get to know this NEW LADY!! Why would she want to get to know these kids through any form of visitation now??? They have spent their lives with the Jackson family and she has been nowhere around so why change it. The ONLY REASON this chick has for trying to get close to them now is MONEY. She did an interview stating she DOES NOT WANT TO BE A MOTHER.. WELL... We all know that most of the so called fans here are either obsessed with MJ and can't think clearly or are part of the Jackson team plan to smear this woman. Thank goodness that a judge doesn't go by the same standards as posters on a gossip blog.
Who cares if you don't think she is a hottie. Michael picked this woman because he trusted her. By all accounts MJ's team of thugs can do a lot of damage. Do we know what the agreement was? Do we know how she tried and was pushed away?She is a lot more innocent then his pathetic excuse for a family.

Even if she did once say she gave up the rights to MJ, MICHAEL IS DEAD NOW. Things change and I'm sure the courts will see it that way too.
I agree it might be an awkard change for the kids but it's going to be that way no matter where they go. If you are buying that PR Garbage the Jacksons are trying to sell People Magazine about all the family playing together is perfect harmony you are plain stupid. The family was never that way. It's a huge dysfunctional mess.
There is no easy solution for these kids and the fans have to see that is also the fault of MJ-the so called father who helped create this mess for them.

26. Yeah the dog of a woman wants his mula. Duh....why is she going for the kids all of a sudden. Greedy old thang. The Jacksons are a wonderful family. Those CHILDREN need to be with FAMILY not STRANGERS. I love you MJ! But u should have asked for insight on your baby momma picking. 27. She wants Michael's money ..she only shows up when it comes down to money. Those kids probably dont even really know her, and they wouldnt want to stay with someone they dont know. Mrs.Jackson is the best care taker these kids can have. They are apart of the Jackson family so the Jackson family should raise them, it is Michaels wishes after all and they should be carried out. Although Mrs.Jackson is 79 they should keep the nanny Grace to help with the children as well. Debbie should only have visitation if she wants that. Prince, Paris, and Blanket should be split apart so therefor Katherine Jackson should keep them. Debbie can stay on her ranch and raise her horses.

I would have to say The Michael Zone must be running a close second for overzealous and inaccurate sensationalism. I find it funny that they say that about another media when they are well over 220 articles on Michael. Most of it untrue fiction.

I think that takes a hell of a lot of guts to stand up to the Jackson clan like this and more proves what I've said before.... there's more to this story than we know... and her confidentiality agreement I am sure precludes her from saying a word.

30. That's quite a statement her lawyer made. It would be pretty hard to retract as well. I'd like to hope that she's not the cretin we think she is. Although I do like Katherine, Joe and Jermaine give me the willies. They're pretty transparent and have $$$ signs all over them. Are THEY that much different from Rowe? Jermaine's quick trip to Neverland for the Larry King show and the infamous "SMILE" song, plus both he and his father pushing for the burial at Neverland against Michael and Katherine's wishes, as well as Joe looking to pimp out the three young Jacksons are all very disconcerting. The female Jacksons seem more plausible and out to protect the children. My gosh, this is truly the scenario of poor little rich kids.
