Rowe's Lawyer -- Debbie Doesn't Want MJ's Money

61. I think everyone should stop passing judgment and wait till the facts come out. Who are we to know what Debbie is doing until she or her lawyer come out and speak. What I wish would have happened is the Jackson family would have taken action like Brittany's father did. The family as well as the state of Calif. had proof of the drugs being used in his home, his family could have taken action then. Have him put in rehab, who cares if it ruined there relationship with him. Years later he would have thanked them.
His children might still have the parent that loved them and he would have them. Doctors and pharmacies should be held accountable. They knew there were children in the home, they should have looked in the mirror and made a judgment call to do what was right about this man and his children. Money is a powerful thing isn't it.

62. Ever figured that she might have been a victim in all of this? In a showdown between an everyday human being and BIG MONEY/BIG LAWYERS/BIG POWER, who do you think the deck is stacked to favor? Look what's happening now. The campaign to demonize her in the eyes of the public - and her children - is in full swing. I'm glad she's got a lawyer.

I personally think she had no idea what she was going to be getting into for the long term when she offered to bear those kids. From the looks of that photo that has been making the rounds when she and MJ were holding their infant, she obviously loved MJ very much. Her eyes look so different now...

I hope she gets - at the very least - substantial non-supervised visitation rights. And an enforceable court order that the Jacksons can't bad-mouth her to her kids.

She may have said she wanted MJ to raise the kids but that was when MJ was alive. HE IS DEAD NOW.
The name of the game has changed.
She has every right to see that the kids are not left in the dysfunctional hell that MJ was raised in.
Don't fall for the PR crapola the Jacksons are trying to tell People Magazine about all the happy shinny kids playing together at Grandma's house. It was never that way and never will be.

65. So, she has a chin like a violin. BFD. The woman apparently had a caring, loving friendship with Micheal, and gave him the ultimate gift(s). She was compensated years ago. She accepted that she wouldn't be their caregiving parent. She stated so publicly. She doesn't want the limelight, and it's apparent with her reaction to the violating paparazzi. Jeez, give this broad a break; stop vilifying someone when you DON'T KNOW THE REAL STORY. We'll all find out sometime soon, especially once the custodial legal stuff is ironed out. 66. I think Debbie is the smartest one of them all and probably the most caring. People who work around animals tend to be sensitive people. Man it was hard enough divorcing a regular joe I can only imagine what it must have been like for her. Hell.
Children all want their mothers and it doesn't matter what their mother's do.I expect grandma is a reasonable person and will allow Deb to get to know her children first and then decide what's best. Not an easy situation.

67. Debbie did have visitation rights but couldn't inforce them. She was turned away at the gates of Neverland. You all know that's true. He kept his own family out when he wanted to. Then after the trial, he was living in Behrain, Ireland, Etc. What was Debbie supposed to do?

69. Her so called spousal support is 900,000 a year!!!!!
I've never heard of someone getting paid for spousal support when the ex-spouse is dead. It probably ended quite some time ago but now wants it back. So when she states she isn't after MJ's money, she's going to use spousal support as an excuse.
We probably see her in the news in a couple years wanting her "spousal support" increased.
I can't wait until she's out of the picture. The Jacksons need to make sure there is a stipulation that she never asks for custody of those kids, that she doesn't get visitation rights. She had rights before and never took advantage of those rights.
She doesn't deserve those kids. She's just like the other money hungry jerks that are trying to get MJ"s money

Visitation would have been established between 2 loving parents who were looking for the best possible resolution after the relationship dissolves. This union was the complete opposite. Michael didn't want to be scrutinized for HIRING a surrogate, so he married this slob. She should just count her blessings for being given such a lucrative opportunity. She would've still been living in her apartment with her cats, while working as a nurse and injecting people in their ass. She had no use for that uterus. Why not contract it out?

72. You people are so naive. The lawyer states that she wants what's due to her. Now that Michael is dead, there is nothing else due to her in spousal support. That ended at his death. Since she is no longer married, she has no rights to his estate. But if Michael had agreed to pay her 900,000 for the next 10 years, then she's going to make out like a fat right.
