The cast of "The Simpsons" gets $400,000 an episode -- and when you hear how many days a week they have to work for the bread ... you'll have a cow.
Yeardley Smith -- who does Lisa's voice -- filled us in, and did the yellow one's famous laugh.

yeardley is really such a sweet actor which is rare in hollyweird! she's a genuine person not a rich snob.
i just saw this on tmz and i was wondering about the tv show and the site. after they film, do they work? whats the deal? looks like a fun place to work.
oh and yeardly must of heard harveys thoughts with her scientology powers....and thats that....
Brian Scott Miller -
You have the wrong person.. Nancy Cartwright is the Scientologist.
Now that is SOOOO FUNNY to look at her and hear LISA'S SIMPSONS voice. I LOVE IT!!
Wow! How refreshing to hear a down to earth celebrity. She actually loves her work.
OMG! IF # 3 "Brian Scott Miller" and # 6 "Nancy" are correct, Bart Simpson is about to be eaten by Zinu the Space Monster. I'd better get to an auditing session before my thetan explodes.
I gotta ask...what 2 days are you working? I'm guessin' it ain't Saturday and Sunday.
What a class act! Too bad all "celebrities" can't e so genuinely nice.
And unlike Nancy Cartwright, who does Bart's oice, this gal doesn't donate millions to a crime syndicate posing as a "religion". $ientology, it's far worse than you think.
Yeah but how many weeks a year do they work? I love the Simpsons!!!
