LAPD Treating Jackson Death as Homicide

Multiple law enforcement sources tell TMZ the LAPD is already treating Michael Jackson's death as a homicide, and they are focusing on Dr. Conrad Murray.

Law enforcement sources tell us the evidence points to the anesthesia Propofol as the primary cause of Jackson's death. As we first reported, vials of Propofol were found in Jackson's home after he died.

Law enforcement sources say there is already "plenty of powerful evidence" linking Dr. Murray as the person who administered the drug to Jackson. The evidence includes various items found in Jackson's house, including the Propofol, an IV stand and oxygen tank.

Dr. Murray's lawyer would neither confirm nor deny if his client administered the Propofol.

And we've learned the LAPD has had "multiple conversations" with the L.A. County District Attorney's office, although the case has not been formally presented to the D.A.

856. Michael is not blameless. No one said he was. No one is implying he was... but the simple fact remains that a person cannot easily obtain these prescriptions on their own. Murray was one in a long line of doctors that Michael kept around him that did what he wanted them to do because he paid them to. Murray was new, added to Michael's staff within the last month or so, right? I mean... I just can see Michael talking him into administering the drug. I have heard it was unbearably hot in Michael's bedroom-- I'd fall asleep, too. Murray's mistake, beyond giving him the drug, was not having the proper equipment to monitor him. Michael was well known for cutting off people who opposed him-- was he going to give up $150K a month?

The fact is that Michael was an addict. The underlying fact is that he wasn't acting alone-- everyone was in on it. And only after his death (which, IMO, could have been prevented) are people coming out and saying it, and talking about how he needed help. Too little, too late. EVERY Doctor implicated should face scrutiny and punishment. Michael was not the first and won't be the last if LA can't take off the 'Superstar' blinders and do what's right. Hollywood is killing itself, and it's not doing it alone.

861. I remember when i was a kid watching the Jackson 5 on American Band Stand... which was the only real source in the early 70's for groups to debut. After that Jackson 5 episode I had to have any, and ALL music i could get my hands on. Then one day on TV, I saw Joe Jackson standing with his kids yelling at one of them, and pointing his finger wildly at Michael. To me, the guy looked evil, and from that day forward I had a soft spot in my heart for his kids because i knew he was a SOB dad, using his kids to get everything he could ($$$)... making them feel like crap if they didn't perform up to his standards. Come to find out years later, I was correct. I was 8 yrs old then I made that assumption about that guy. So let that be a seed planted in the heads of people like him. Children know you for what you are. Abusers are PIGS, in need of roasting.. with that apple in the mouth (know what I mean?)

862. This is Malpractive not Homicide. It is only Homicide because it is MJ. If it were a normal person it would be Malpractice. People have to notice this. It is special treatment just because it is MJ. Enough is enough!!!!!

863. Michael Jackson's death was a conspiracy. Read up on the things that were going on with his former record companies. Secondly we really need to know who that doctor called in his personal calls while Michael died. This situation stinks of something really evil.

I loved Micheal Jackson I grew up with him singing.It is a bad situation the way he died,I don't believe no one should charge the doctor with murder,that simply nonsense.Who they should charge with murder are the doctors that messed his body up, turned him white, and made him look like a monster.People want someone to blame for Micheal death but in reality micheal is to blame for his death.This was not the first time micheal had that medication.Look at the whole picture people and use common sense.

865. 1.Get Michael hooked up on drugs.
Result: lost of clear thinking and reasoning
2. Make Michael pay to get any kind of sleep
Result: Steady stream of dollars both for the doctor's and the Pharmacy.
3.Give Michael a new face.
Result: Another constant stream of income for touch ups here and there, plus additional drugs.
4. Donate sperm and egg to Michael, with hopes that if he dies, one gets a high percentage of his estate, or some claim to it as a result of being declared the biological father. If nothing else the children may help the biological parent upon turning eighteen.
Result: Make a claim for custody. I heard that Dr. Klein did just this!
5. After years of addiction, and soaking him dry financially, force Michael to seek care from another doctor because one know his living time is short and to take suspicion away from the true cause and creator of his addiction.
Result: Michael was under the care of another doctor (for less than three months). Another and the lastest Doctor becomes the fall guy.
6. It was said that Michael Jackson was worth more dead than alive.
Result: Case Closed

866. Hm. Just curious. Does anyone think that his death was changed to a homicide so that the parties involved could receive benefits such as insurance policies? I will never understand death such as this. But I do understand after the mourning, human greed is alive and well. RIP MJ.

867. I think Michael made a lot of bad chooses. He would still be here if he didnt demand profofal. He would of never went to trial if he just learned from the 1 alegation and when kids stayed over a adult should be present at all times. He set himself up for another allegation. I think going thru that once would have been enough. He wasnt going to have anyone tell him what he can and cannot do. But he sure payed a big price for that rebellion it not only put his family thru hell he is dead now.
