Love how a bunch of you have learned a new word. Photoshop! Most of you wouldn't know photoshop if it were your mother. What a bunch of idiots. That is her arm you dolts. The shadow on her arm makes it look different, but she has the arms of a seventy five year old woman. You can see it in a lot of other pictures of her. TMZ doesn't have to make this stuff up because that's is the way she now looks. Next you all will be saying that's not even her face. Madonna is getting old real quick, so get used to it.
