Debbie did not sell her children, she received a divorce settlement, and spousal support, MJ's estate will continue to be responsible to pay that just the same as all the estate debts

Katherine could not possibly have offered Debbie 4 Million to retain custody, Katherine is bankrupt, and she does not have her hands on the estate money, the trustees do

If Debbie doesn't like what the Jacksons do, she can make zillions on talk shows, books etc. about what all she knows

321. I agree with #13. What's more, she could have asked for the kids before because you can not give up your legal responsibility as a parent, even if you want to., even with all of Michael's money. I really think that she doesn't want the kids around the Mr. Jackson father abuser and maybe promised Michael that. Who knows? I know I would have made everyone around me promise not to let my children around that man, no matter what. She really doesn't seem like the bad one here.

And yeah, what's up with these kids only having a father and THAT'S IT. It's like he made them orphans because he was selfish, selfish, selfish!

When MJ died debbie may have cried, because she lost her money truck. No mother in her right mind would sell her kids off to their dad. If MJ was alive would debbie be asking for see her kids?

325. Get over the Joe the abuser crap. That man along with other men back in his day spanked their children and alot parents during that time borderlined on abuse. Katherine was doing what alot women did during that era also. What about your parents? Has your father ever cheated? Michael forgave his father and his father was by his side too during the trials. His father spoke up for his son. So there was love and forgiveness there. If you look on you tube, you would see him and Janet give him a boat for his birthday and other loving actions. He named one of the kids after his father as well- Prince Michael Joseph(father) and Paris Katherine( mother). This goes to show his heart concerning his father. Michael and any other child would still have effects of abuse in personality, behavior, etc regardless. If Debbie was so concerned about the kids coming in contact with Joe, where was her concern all these years when Michael obviously visited with both his parents with the children. He left his mother the estate because he knew she would be fair and his siblings would be sued by ex spouses for half during divorces, of which have already been done before his death. Leave Joe alone, if it wasnt for his vision, we would not have Michael or the Jacksons. None of the kids would not be able to enjoy life as they know it now. The drug abuse came after the scalp burn and child molestation, not Joe. A true fan of MJ would know Michael would not be happy with the reactions/comments toward his father whom he does love.

326. The children would annoy Debbie because she may be concerned about them, but she did not want to raise them. If she does get them, it would be for the child support from the estate. I bet Michael is wishing he had an anonymous donor like with blanket. Ever wonder why he did not ask her to have the 3rd child? It would be horrible to separate those kids. the oldest would go to Debbie and blanket would be separated from his siblings. That would be sad. At least blanket is not going anywhere. Obviously Debbie is the biological mother, because a trus surrogate would not have such rights no more than the surrogate that gave birth to the Parker twins. Hope there is a blood test of Klein before he dies to rule out if he is the father.

Joe jackson is a brutal evil man who his son Michael called the devil, During Michael trial it obvious that Joe attempted to walk beside Michael and help him and each time Michael slowed his space or turned to a body guard to be on the side his Father the beast was standing. During two beatinging Joe gave Michael he injured his testicles. The one occasion he deliberated kicked him in his testicle , He told Michael he didn't need them any way cause he was a sissy. Joe should not be near Michaels children if a Court ruls this then The Cour should be held personally responsible for this poor judgement choice and they will be sued if anything foul happen to those children. No Ciour in its right mind would allow a child beater and molester to be near young children...And Katherine is to old and senile to care for such you children.

330. My blessings and best wishes go out to Michael Jackson's children. I love the King of Pop and will always live in our hearts and our lives. I only wish that he should have NOT left anything to his mother. She is also to blame for what has happen to him since she left that monster of so called a father beat up her children. No mother should never ever let anyone touch her children not even the father. But she has always been blind folded in love for that monster so she never stood up for her kids. But Michael since he has always had a kind loved heart he never blamed his mother for his problems with Joe. Now he left millions to her and she will give money to the rest of her kids those Gold Diggers. If it wasn't for Michael Jackson they would have never made money. They have never had any talent in the so called Jackson Five. They were always only back up singers to Michael.He should have hired real back up singers like he always did throught out his career. He was the real singer and the money maker for the Jackson family. Good thing that Michael saw what was going out and decide to go solo. That was the best thing he started to do in his life.Michael if it wasn't for him they would have never made millions. Kathrine is also to be blamed for his problems.
