1) no tmz wouldn't be sued because they didnt say it. If they say xyz is saying it-they are only pointing you there. Big difference. Its the original source that gets sued.

2) why would she sue if it can be proved she wrote the emails? she must not have. If she did, she is smart enough to know that the minute she does this they will provide the proof. She must feel pretty confident to do this. IE-She didnt write them!

3) the JW's are a cult. Get the kids as far away from them and Joe and they stand a chance in life. Take Blanket too.

I can't imagine what in the world MJ saw in her. He was going through a difficult time with divorce with Lisa Presley and Debbie grabbed ahold of that moment with $$$$$ in her eyes and offered to give him children.]

And why was he going through a hard time with Lisa Marie ? Because she kept saying !!NO!! to having a baby because she thought he only wanted a baby and then would try to get custody of it!! So he told Lisa he'd get somebody else and Debbie Rowe was the one he got. And don't forget after DR had had 2 kids for him she could not conceive again and MJ dropped her because of that and didn't want to be her 'friend' any more ! Don't forget he said he didn't want DR to see the kids because she 'couldn't handle it' - couldn't handle what? That he grabbed them and then dumped her when she couldn't produce another one. And lo and behold, he got another one didn't he - just from someone else. He was determined to have kids by whoever would do it and kept on using people (and trying to use Lisa Marie) until he got what he wanted. At the trial when DR testified what a great father he was it looked like she wanted his approval - remember how she looked at MJ as she left the stand and he just ignored her? My bet is he used her at the trial just like before and suckered her - probably worked on her by reminding how if she was a friend she'd do it for him. Unfortunately (?) only they know what really went on, but MJ seems to have had a habit of not paying his bills and discarding people when they were'nt useful any more.

49. I don't know which one is telling the truth, time will tell. But these pigs showing up on all of these shows are repulsive. I remember when Anna Nicole died, a similar group of leeches wanting their 5 minutes of fame did the same thing. I'll bet when Elvis died, if technology had been as diverse, pervasive and instantaneous as it is now there would have been a similar group that popped up out of nowhere. These people are sleazy. 50. I just know in my heart that Debbie will get her children. MJ's mother is falling apart and cannot take proper care of those adorable children. As for Janet, because of her husband, I would keep the children far away from that household.

People writing nasty comments about how Debbie is only after the money: HOW DO YOU KNOW THAT, DO YOU KNOW DEBBIE PERSONALLY, DID YOU EVER MEET HER ???????? Greedy people think all people are greedy, your comments tell more about you than about Ms. Rowe, the children's mother.

51. Debbie could have made a fortune by selling interviews or pictures of her kids, but she didn't. I think she just wants to make sure Joe Jackson doesn't get near them, same as before when it looked like Michael might go to prison for molesting boys. She cares about them, but knows she wasn't cut out to be a mom.

53. I think Debbie REALLY loved Michael. She didn't have the money to fight him. I think she should get "at least'" visitation because she would NEVER bad mouth MJ to these children. The Jackson's are too old. Look what they did to MJ.Would you want that for your kids. Did you see Reebie and Latoya wouldn't even show their faces over those ridiculos hats.

55. why critisise debbie when she was hired and married to give mj 2 wonderful kids wich if you look at picks of her early years with them you can see love then when mj got what he wanted he paid her to go away wich was most likely the hardest thing she had to do. she did what she thought was best how could she fight and win a battle with a supper star . she obviously has pain from it look at her. we dont see her exposeing her kids the way jacksons family are she just want privousy. iam sure she would love to get her kids but emotoinly and mentaly is she strong enough to fight for what is legally hers.

The only person who really wanted them was Michael. Be that right or wrong, he was really the only reason for there being. Face the facts as soon as he didn't need her anymore, he PAID her out and she TOOK the money and ran to that weird ass horse farm of hers. I don't doubt that she doesn't want her named dragged through the mud, but I also don't doubt that she never wanted to be a mother in the first place.
