40. Jon doesn't care about anyone but himself. The only reason he was thinking about his kids is that they were calling him every five minutes. He had to come home because it was his turn to be at home. This crazy plan is doomed! There's only so olong this farce can go on. Kate needs to move in with the kids and tell Jon to make a choice between his family and these ignorant, naive girls. So Kate is demanding. Anyone with eight kids who are as close in age as these kids are knows it isn't just hard, it is impossibly hard. Add to that the fact that Kate had to quit work whe she had the kids and what we have learned about Jon's jobs...I can't blame them for taking advantage of the show opportunities. It worked until on got a taste of his former life...and wanted it back....He needs to grow up, learn to deal with Kate in a healthier way, and learn to love Kate as he once obvously did at one time. Kate needs to open herself up to the idea that while she didn't cause this to happen, she needs to work on her behaviors that so clearly undermined what she desired in life. Until she realizes that fault is not important, she will be doomed to repeat the past in future relationships. I'm not sure how one gets over a betrayal as big as this. She must feel not only betrayal, but humiliation. Jon should have at least shown Kate and his kids the dignity of waiting a few months before chasing tail. What an immature creep!
