Jackson Doc Talks Himself Into a Corner

7/16/2009 3:30 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Michael Jackson DocWe've learned the doctor at the center of the investigation into Michael Jackson's death is in the cross hairs of the LAPD because of his own words.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Dr. Conrad Murray's statements to police on the Saturday following Jackson's death contained incriminating disclosures about his involvement. Some members of law enforcement are surprised he spoke in the first place and surprised at what he volunteered.

As we reported yesterday, the LAPD is already treating Jackson's death as a homicide and there have been multiple conversations between detectives and the L.A. County District Attorney's office, although the D.A. has not opened its own formal investigation.

And we've learned, although some of the toxicology results are not in yet, important test results already completed point to the anesthesia Propofol as the primary cause of death. Our law enforcement sources say the evidence is clear -- Propofol was the primary reason Jackson's heart stopped beating.

Dr. Murray's lawyer would neither confirm nor deny if his client administered Propofol to Jackson the day he died.

24. Pay no attention to haterz who have nothing better to do than bash people. I agree that Jackson had a beautiful soul and spirit.

Was MJ really using those full size boy dolls to collect his semen?

Maybe one of his fans can clone mike from his DNA covered sex toys.

Oh come on. Michael Jackson told Murray that he uses Propofol, so that would be part of his duties as his personal physician. Murray agreed to it so he could get the job. Murray did not know what he was doing, and Jackson died. Murray is going to jail. Case closed. This whole dragged out story is a bunch of hype so that California can boost its economy.

If he hadn't administered Propfol, he would come out and say it, because everything is pointing to it. Just because his lawyer says he wouldneither confirm nor deny if his client administered Propofol to Jackson the day he died, isn't because he wasn't to keep people guessing. Its because the Doctor is guilty and they want to drag this up, build a defense, hope the LAPD slips up and somehow get him off or get a reduced sentence.

Not only should the Doc be charged, but also anyone who approved this low life.

Doc Murray should have prescribed himself some strong eye drops for those red, lizard eyes he has. Maybe it was from crying because he knows the end is near?

didn't CNN state tonite during Anderson Cooper's show that LAPD is NOT considering this a homocide?!
so who's right here?
and they had some dude on there saying it is ridiculous that it was even being discussed.
at most, the doctor would get a civil lawsuit and/or malpractice lawsuit.
and not even get manslaughter..
which i think the doc should be getting manslaughter (at least involuntary)
