Jackson Police Probe is 'Criminal,' D.A. Says

Michael JacksonThe LAPD's probe into Michael Jackson's death is a criminal investigation -- according to the L.A. County District Attorney's office.

As we have already reported, multiple law enforcement sources say the LAPD is treating Jackson's death as a homicide.

Although a spokesperson for the LAPD characterizes its probe as a "death investigation," L.A. County D.A. spokesperson Sandi Gibbons says, "There have been conversations by District Attorney personnel with police and Coroner officials in connection with the ongoing investigation. It is common for Los Angeles County law enforcement agencies to be in contact with the District Attorney's office during criminal investigations." (emphasis added).

As we reported, LAPD detectives are treating Jackson's death as a homicide and focusing on Dr. Conrad Murray. Law enforcement sources tell us there is powerful evidence showing that Dr. Murray administered Propofol to Jackson and that drug was the primary cause of his death.

All you Jacko Wackos bemoaning "why didn't the cops investigate back in 2003 when they had evidence of his drug abuse" probably would have also been screaming in 2003 : "They busted Michael for DRUGS! I KNOW he's not an ADDICT!" Bunch of deluded, enabling chowderheads. He was as big a criminal as the doctors--bigger, since he sought them out.

"My sources tell me the coroner's office knows right now what killed Michael Jackson, and one of the clues was his hair," Diane says. "Hair samples can tell pathologists what drugs someone was on and how long they took them. Jackson's brain tissue can reveal everything from past physical abuse, to drug overdoses and when they actually occurred."

55. I still think this was a pure accident. Also, it explains why Dr. Conrad Murray waited so long to call the Ambulance. It was because he panicked, he knew MJ was too far gone for anyone to revive him.. so he panicked knowing he was going to be charged with murder. The fact that Dr. Murray kept on trying to resuscitate MJ was because he was sorry for accidentally killing him, plus he didn't want to get charged with murder. And that's why he immediately took off (somehow without his car) and got himself a lawyer ASAP. The fact that his lawyer does not confirm or deny that his client (Murray) gave MJ the Propofol is a red flag.. because Murray did indeed give MJ too much.

What would Murray get from MJ after hes dead? This man stood to get paid $150,000 a month on MJs tour, and his tour would have lasted well over a year. That's over $1 Million dollars for the doctor ($1.8 Mil for 12 months).. so no he did not kill him purposefully, this was an accident.

I still think this Dr. should go to jail because he administered MJ this strong anesthetic when he did not need to. The Jackson family should sue for malpractice, second degree murder, and wrongful death.... and they should give this money to the children.. all of it.

Even though this did happen, it was right on time because, if MJ did not expire when he did (which is already pre-written for all of us) then he would have been overdue on getting to the gates of heaven. No one should be here if they are overdue on expiring.

I wouldn't feel bad about this mans death, and the way he died pretty much clears him from anything. He died in his sleep, peacefully.. he had no idea what was going on. If he were a bad person, he would have suffered big time.

MJ had accomplished everything he wanted to in life, he met his idol, sold the most records in history, became a father, and had a good life, despite all the tabloids and their sensationalism, the lies and smut put out about this guy. He had a very good life, his life was near perfect. He lived plenty of lifetimes within the one he had, he was truly blessed.

I think,with all of the circumstances surrounding this invesigation,law enforcement is doin the rite thing by collecting as much info. as possible.Missing tapes,PROPOFOL,CPR,missing$and jewelry,it all reads like a movie.I hope the people who are guilty and they all know who they are,come clean to clear not only their concious,but also to give Michael's family some peace in this TRAGEDY.For the sake of his children we need to bring to light all the leaches who bled MJ.He was given a free pass to get things he NEVER should have had.THIS COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED! The pain we feel for the loss of our KING,is not even close to what his children are feeling! We can change.We just have to get over all this hate and anger.Love is the key MICHAEL NEW THAT!
