Celebrity Justice
The Grass Is Greener in New York

Joseph Simmons, Jr. -- son of rap legend Rev Run -- just pled guilty to one charge of disorderly conduct in New York after being busted last May for marijuana possession.

Joseph Simmons Jr.
As part of the plea, the 19-year-old's possession charge was dropped -- he'll only have to serve one day of community service. That's gotta hurt.

I can't understand these people while wait until Michael Jackson's death before showing to the whole world of how he was burned during a pepsi commercials, well I guess they were afraid of the law suite that Jackson would pursue against them. But they can still be charged and the money goes to Charity that the pop star would have wanted.

77. Why do people hop into these sites and enter comments that are soo fabicated that it's funny?

Look...if you read this story about JoJo and wonder why his sentence was not like your cousin, dad, brother, mom, or sister...it's probably because JoJo WAS a first offender...people always leave out the part of where their dad had a prior for weapons possession, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and their mom, and aunt got busted for serving alchohol to minors (because they felt that if the kids were gonna drink, why not let them do it at home where they would be safe) or their sister got popped for indecent exposure in the backseat of "Bille Bob's" F150 after they did the do by the lake and decided it would be funny to go streaking in the retirement village...

First time offenders are given very generous consideration...It's the second, fifth and nineth time they get busted when the ax is sharpened and the cut is deep...

@huh

I don't recall Rev taking Diggy out to buy him a new warerobe to make him want to go to church...I believe that Diggy was taking too long getting ready for church on Sunday's, and he told his dad that he could never find anything to wear...I don't think a child of a Minister would have the lids to tell their Pastor/Father they didn't like or want to go to Church on Sunday's...that sounds like a gross misquote....

79. Are you not all complaining because they are wealthy? So what if he got away with it, you all would do the same if you got this opportunity. We cannot jump to conclusion, saying that they are spoilt just because they got away once, most of you who complained must have some sort of self-insecurity and therefore you take it out on somebody that is ahead in life which you possibly might not be.

Don't be hating others, because I am sure that all of you if you were in possession of cannibas, you would want to get a 'slap on the wrist.'
