Katherine Jackson doesn't need any more $$$$$ and CONTROL -- the Jehovah's Witnesses just worked my neighborhood and left flyers that say: "How Can You Survive The End Of The World? -- You Are Warmly Invited To Come And Listen To The Answer." Same old bizarre crap, just like the Jacksons. If the end of the world is nigh, aka Armageddon, I don't think another Jackson fracas will make two bits of difference.

722. I am a mom, and blood relation is over any other relations,that is why Katherine should mount a legal challenge. Why should others have a hand over Michaels Jackson's property? For what? Were they there when he was concieved, grew up and mastered his craft to earn those millions? What was their contribution that makes Michael Jackson decided to simply award them on their lap everything he worked hard for? 727. Let's hope that the judge makes a clause that whoever gets the kids and control of their 40
% makes some of that money go into a trust fund for when they are older and that some of Michael's items are not all auctioned or sold off and saved for the kids.

His kids do not deserve to be alone, but they are alone because of his drug use. He chose drugs over his career and kids. Please do not make him a hero....

A will is the wishes of the person who had it prepared by a legal staff, and is Not to be challenged, especially with that clause in it..The Greedyassed Jackson family has always used Michael and abused him...Yes, His mother allowed the abuse , so she was an en-abler to all the hell and torment Joe Jackson subjected his children to. She basically has control of 80% of all Michael spent his life making, and , now, she wants more? Vultures circling to see how much deeper they can pick his bones. Michael trusted these attorneys to handle his affairs, and his wishes,,If he had wanted Kathering or another Jackson family member on the panel, he would have specified that too..Anything that Katherine can get, Joe can too. Michael knew this, so...Jacksons back off and let the people do what they are supposed to do..I betmnone of the Jacksons can balance a checkbook! So, where is their expertise needed? My wish is this, those children were the most important treasure to Michael, he trusted Katherine to take care of them, right? He also gave her 40% of everything, so she needs to take care of those children and keep out of legal affairs that she has no idea how to manage...She and Joe never had anything, went bankrupt, Michael bailed them out, and now, she and all the other Jackson's and grandchildren are living in Michael's home, and he will always keep paying. Joe Jackson is behind everything Katherine says. Those children will be pressured same as Joe did to his kids,,and another group of lives will be ruined. They can never have any kind of 'normalcy', or childhood as long as the Jackson's are in control.

One more post on this site...all of Michaels family is as much to blame as any doctor for his problems..And, for them All to say they never 'saw' him take drugs is ignorant..You don't have to 'see' it, to know it..Remember all the different drugs, different names that were found at Neverland?? And, if none of the family 'knew this' why are some saying they 'tried' to intervene and were pushed away? See, this is all BS, because if any of you cared at all about Michael (as the person), you would not have stopped until the problem was taken care of, right? But, its easy to not 'see' anything , because he was taking care of the 'family' financialy, and you sure didnt want that to stop, right? I know a little bit about addiction..my husband was an addict and was about dead, I took the 'tough love' method, and did Not back up, I did Not stop until he could function as a human again even with him pushing me away..If you really cared, as you all say you do, you would Not have stopped,,until Michael was well..This is a sickness, and it has to be cured, not pushed aside. My husband is well and a happy man now..and I certainly did not have the money the Jackson's have to handle this. Michael needed Love..and, he didnt get it from his family..

Branca isn't making any good decisions. At least not for Mike!
Branca betrayed him together with Sony years ago.

Just look at the memorabilia-tour! The estate will get 4million at the max? for a 2 year run? That's laughable. People overseas will storm that kind of exibiton. You could bring it everywhere and people would be interested.
Kathrine is damn right by saying, that the extate could generate much more money on that.
She also criticized that they never contracted that out. They just took the offer from AEG. Noone would act like that.

And what about the movie? ok, the cashed in, but the allowed Sony to forbid a tribute concert in London around that time, because it would interfere....And what is Sony doing now?? They announce the film will only run 2 weeks in cinemas, so they don't need to give any money for advertising.
I strongly think that neither Sony nor Branca are interested in generating the maximum cash for MJs estate.
For them THATs the way to get control over the whole ATV-catalogue one day (because the estate will have to sell it, so that they can pay the depts).
They failed on getting this by sabotaging Mike and his Invincible album. But I guess they will succeed sometime in the future.
