TMZ has learned "Jackass" star Bam Margera was rushed to the hospital yesterday after paramedics responded to a 911 call for a "possible overdose."
We're told state troopers and medical personnel arrived to his home in West Chester, Pennsylvania at around 1:30 PM.

A Philly radio station just talked to Bam's mom April on the phone and said that he was taken in due to dehydration and he's recovering at the hospital getting fluids put in him.

I'm listening to our local radio station. Bam's mom, April just called in to say that he was simply dehydrated and walked into the ambulance. He did not overdose. Just working too hard on the new project.

I can't believe he wouldn't learn anything from watching Steve-O. I just saw it on videos and it even scared me. He got really f*cked up all the time. I hope Bam gets help if he survives this.

Right like his mom would confirm he OD'ed she has a vested interest in protecting Bam's image and making sure he keeps the money rolling in. Insurance companies and producers are loathe to back projects or insure people who are strung out on drugs - so they try to keep any issues under wraps whenever possible. Dehydration my ass, I'm sure Bam can afford some bottled water.

FIRST OF ALL, THESE "CELEBRITIES" BECAME CELEBRITIES FOR DOING DRUGS. Steve-O, and all those other guy were on drugs and crazy enough to do dumb crap. Most other celebrities become celebrities because of drugs like cocaine which give you energy and drive to accomplish what you want in life. These celebrities don't just get in to drugs AFTER they become famous. It's too bad he didn't finish the OD.

hmm dehydration?? I get dehydrated and never end up in the hospital... I dont understand why you would call an amblulance for that unless you are chronically ill. he used to be cool and then fame turned him into a total d-bag!
