The star of that show "Burn Notice" may have been a little too lit up when he got behind the wheel last weekend -- dude was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence in Miami Beach.
TMZ has learned Jeffrey Donovan was arrested on suspicion of DUI last Sunday, July 12th. The 41-year-old posed for a cop cam and was released several hours later.
So far, no comment from Donovan's reps.

27. Why do we continually see these celebrities people being arrested for DUI or suspicion of DUI? Do I drink, yes, am I dumb enough to drive and put not just myself but others at risk, no I'm not! If myself and thousands of other people can comprehend this why can't they? Everyone can afford to get a taxi to drive them around if they get wasted or had enough to where they shouldn't be driving and these celebrities have a hell of alot more money; my question to them is: why don't you hire someone to drive u around for the night and save urself and someone else's family a lot of heartache? When you think about it, it will cost you alot less money by doing that then what it's going to cost you in fines, lawyers, etc. I'll keep you all in my prayers that you don't hurt urself or someone else next time ur dumb enough to do this. Ok, I'll get off my soapbox now.
