Whoever owns that Chihuahua needs to be in prison along with the person who tattooed the dog. TMZ needs to turn them in to the Humane Society. What the hell is wrong with you. If you want to put yourself through getting a tattoo, go ahead, but your dog does not have a choice and don't try to say it didn't hurt the dog. If you drugged the dog up and tattooed it, that's more abuse. Whoever you are, you are one of the worst people in the world and your actions will catch up with you. You don't deserve to have pets or kids.

Whoever is tatooing and dying their pets needs to be arrested for animal abuse. Anyone with a tatoo knows how painful the application can be. I would arrest these pet owners and throw away the key.

In regards to the 'tattooed' dog; that is NOT a chihuahua. I'm 99% positive that it is a miniature Xoloitzcuintli, also known as Xolo in the US and escuintli in Mexico. They are an extremely rare breed that is generally hairless (only 1 in 4 is born with a full coat). These dogs have no fur on their bodies and temporary tattoos would be extremely easy to apply. That being said, they would also be easier to tattoo for real as well, I suppose. But I would bet that the tattoos aren't real.

If there are real tattoos on the dog, the dog's owner should go to jail for the rest of his/her life. I hope the dog is taken away from him/her and goes to a loving home where the little things isn't abused.

I have two small chihuahuas. Please tell me this is a stick on tat. My daughter and son in-law have tats, but it is their choice.
I have worked in many animal hospitals for over 25 years and never did such a thing to an animal. Maybe if they signed a
legal form we would have.

The tattoo dog is not a Chihuahua it is either a hairless Chinese crested or a mix with a Mexican Hairless, while the tats are wrong- note the dog is hairless- the owner did not shave a Chihuahua. I do not agree with the tatoos but the dogs skin is in beautiful condition- which takes alot of work.
