The Feds may question Debbie, but anything she did had to be under direct orders from a Dr. Luckily for Debbie she has been totally and completely out of MJ's life for at least 10 years. But Dr. Klein hasn't.
I think Debbie was of those that tried to have an intervention to help Michael a few years ago, that obviously didn't work.
