Well that was a stupid thing to say in front of cameras. The American Indian Association (There's an association for everything!) will be putting out a statement about how utterly offended they are, she'll 'sincerely' apologize and then have to be question in interviews about her 'feud' with the American Indian Association. Seem like a lot of work over one phrase that it seems like the type most celebrities know better than to say in front of cameras.

IF he had any ounce of decency, he would give her the boat back or donate it to charity. I really didn't have a bad opinion of him before but breaking up with her the day before her bday, banning her from his house, and then keeping a boat she bought him for his bday is really LOW. I hope Jessica can find someone who is not a douchebag!

The term "Indian giver: isin reference to Americans. American's gave the American Indian land and then took it back. Hence "Indian giver".

Indian giver is a comment toward tready makers or white men........they gave on paper to the Indians and as they rode off they took it away. Just that fast.
The Indians were not that taker awayers........so in a way not being an Indian giver is a good thing.
