unless you've lost a love, you don't know how you will act...everyone is different, and everyone grieves in their own personal way... Ryan loved Farrah, and he is missing her, how he is acting is a wayfor him to try an deal with her death. people do a lot of things to try and get over or just get throught their feelings of the moment.

For the love of god, please leave this man alone. To the poster who claimed Farrah's special should not have been aired until after her death, that is just bull. Her wish was TO SEE HER SPECIAL before she died. That was her wish. Farrah and Ryan have loved each other for over 30 years, but could never live together. During the last 5 years, they were good friends, nothing more. They wantd to present a united front to their son in an effort to help him get clean. They both were seeing other people. Farrah was seeing an old friend from Texas, who stopped seeing her once she got sick. After that Rayn stepped up to the plate and took care of her the best he could. It has taken its toll on him since he is also suffering from leukemia.
Ryan may never win father of the year, but he truly loved Farrah.
