Loved the Flock Of Seagulls, even though they were sadly a 3-hit-band.

Not alot to work with here. Probably bald - hence the baseball cap. He should shave his head or get a racing cap and lose the baseball cap. He needs to file his teeth down and lose 60 pounds and hit the gym hard and go for the lean yet hard look.
