Search in Jackson Case -- Smoking Gun?

8/13/2009 6:30 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

We've obtained the search warrant used to raid the Las Vegas pharmacy that Dr. Conrad Murray has used in the past, and there appears to be a direct link between the doctor and Propofol ... and there may be a link to Michael Jackson as well.

Search Warrant: Click to view

The documents show authorities were looking for credit card receipts and other docs related to drugs purchased by Dr. Murray on May 12, 2009. The warrant then mentions specific vials of Propofol manufactured by Teva and Hospira, Inc.

We've already reported the LAPD found Propofol manufactured by Teva at Jackson's house.

And authorities were looking for FedEx records relating to "the purchase, transfer, receiving, ordering, delivery and storage of Propofol to Dr. Conrad Murray."

Short story ... it looks like authorities believe they know where and when the Propofol that killed Jackson was purchased.

It is unclear whether authorities got the smoking gun they were looking for. The only thing revealed in the documents is that authorities took "copies of misc. paperwork."

If Michael Jackson's executors have helped Michael with some of his most successful business deals in the past, why is Katherine Jackson so concerned? Why wouldn't she trust them since she's getting a part of the estate?

Since the family has not promoted MJ for years, can the Estate go after them for using his name for concerts and such?

Conflicting reports regarding the role propofol played in MJ's death. Earlier story quoted "sources close to the investigation" as saying propofol is "front and center" in terms of the cause of death. This morning I read an article in the LA Times claiming "sources" say the amount of propofol was "limited" and other drugs, including the xanax which we already knew about, were found in his system. Thus, complicating the law enforcements efforts to claim Murray guilty of manslaughter. Yep, I'm confused because the info keeps changing. The LA Times has not posted a lot about the investigation so I tend to take them seriously.

Did Dr. Murry actually say to the police that he left the room to make phone calls while he was giving Michael Jackson Propofol?
Also did he admit that there was no monitoring equipment in the room as he gave Michael Propofol?

QUESTION: Do you know if the last dosage of Propofol given to MJ was actually higher than dosages he received before? I mean, was it really a dosage that killed him or was it propofol infusion syndrome that killed him - a rare syndrome that can kill patients who take Propofol while they have some kind of inflamation in their body...

Also gentlemen,

I read that the genesis of the relationship between Jackson and the doctor was that, when Jackson was in Vegas and needed some treatment for one of his children, he was referred to Dr. Murray. Do you know what the reason was that brought one of his kids to the Dr's office in the first place? Is one of the kids afflicted w/ a heart condition?

Is the pharmacy connected to the pharmacy of the same name in Alabama? Because there was a law suit filed earlier, I believe this, this year.

QUESTION: How was Doc Murray going to smuggle Propofol over to the UK and get his supplies while there for a year?
