Pharmacy in Jackson Case Had Money Problems

8/13/2009 2:45 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

The pharmacy that was raided in Las Vegas Tuesday has something in common with Dr. Conrad Murray -- both apparently have had money problems.

We've pulled documents showing Applied Pharmacy Services, LLC was sued by the owners of the building it occupied in Pasadena, CA. for non-payment of rent. The landlord got a judgment of $143,267.73 -- that includes around $40,000 in back rent plus the amount that would have paid through the balance of the lease, which ended in September, 2011. The pharmacy abandoned the lease in September, 2008.

Dr. Murray was also dogged by money problems -- the bank has been trying to foreclose on his Las Vegas home, and he was ordered to jail for non-payment of child support (he never went).

Law enforcement sources told us when they searched Applied Pharmacy Services they were on the hunt for documents that might show the company sold Propofol to Dr. Murray. There are reports the DEA scored during the search.

MJ WAS A JUNKIE

91. I think the best to do is to ignore the poor stupid and bad people who say bad things on MJ. These persons are full of jealousy and hate and they only inspire contempt. They have nothing to do in their poor life, otherwise saying stupidites and they have not yet understood that hating MJ will not resolve their big personal problems.

Get it right MJ choose drugs over his kids. Nobody tied him down and forced the drugs on him. That was his choice. He is the cause of his death. He knew the risks of all the drugs he was doing.

Yeah god forbid you learn the truth about your junky idol. Wouldn't want to burst that "he was a God" bubble. You should't come to boards if you want to stay in an ignorant place. Just a suggestion. No one forces you blind fans to come here. No one forced MJ to become a major junky for over 20 yrs. either.

Bravo!! Hit the nail right on the head!!

MJ was no damn good! He loved drugs more than his purchased children. What a sad reality...fans don't read this. Wouldn't want to break those "rose colored" glasses you keep on.

Just in case you weren't certain, Michael Jackson is "not buried yet."

Shooting down published reports (and backing up what we reported yesterday), father Joe Jackson tells E! News exclusively that his son has not already been laid to rest at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.

Joe declined to specify any burial plans or confirm whether his son's body has been placed in Motown maven Berry Gordy's crypt as some outlets have speculated.

The Jackson patriarch, who resides primarily in Las Vegas, also tells E! News he supports a proposal to move Neverland to Vegas.

"I think Vegas would be great," says Joe. And while he doesn't think the family would visit such a shrine to his son, Joe does believe "the fans would come."

Asked about Michael's ongoing death investigation, Joe says he prefers not to discuss it, only adding, "I still can't believe he's gone."

MJ WAS A JUNKIE

One thing some of you MJ fans don't get is that MJ was a drug addict. Nobody tied him down and forced him to do drugs. He had the choice and his choice was drugs. Everybody knew he was doing drugs, his family and friends. Here's the thing though did anybody think about those Kids at anytime. Hell No. Think of what those kids are going though right now. How their lives were turned upside down. They are now with the Jackson family who only see $$$$$$$$ signs on those kids. See MJ started this mess by choosing drugs over his kids......

Chiclet,

Is it you? I missed your grand entrance last nite! So sorry... i was sleeping... you know.. you could put all of the Jacksons in front of a camera and ask them the same questions. You would probably get a different answer from each of them.
