Who's to Blame in Jackson's Death?

8/25/2009 10:27 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Michael JacksonWe've been telling you for weeks Propofol killed Michael Jackson and authorities had their sights set on Dr. Conrad Murray. The affidavit to the Houston search warrant makes it clear -- Dr. Murray fueled Jackson with multiple drugs before he stopped breathing and Propofol was the crowning blow.

So the questions -- did Dr. Murray come clean when he spoke with the LAPD or is it even worse than we thought? Why was he on the phone for 47 minutes after Jackson stopped breathing? Why did he wait so long to call 911? Why did he refuse to pronounce Jackson dead at UCLA? Why did Dr. Murray disappear for a day?

And the bigger question -- is Dr. Murray the patsy -- taking the heat for years of prescription abuse at the hands of various doctors?

What do you think?

I never had to high tail it to a crytic site for safety either.
I stayed right here on these boards and most of the time in broad daylight.
PM and confidant have always had my back covered.

I struggled with the polls at the beginning of this latest report. I'm hoping someone will enlighten me to this question. Is Michael Jackson responsible for his death? A very hard question, therefore would need to be stripped down and examined intensely. We should look at when did his addictions begin. One would say, if he had an ailment and was prescribed painkillers to relieve pain, the doctor would allow a time limit for the source of pain to heal. As an estimate I understand it is four weeks. If however, painkillers are subscribed after this time, would the patient be classified as an addict? Would there be an upper time limit or boundary that pain continues, say, for up to six months? Well, lets look hypothetically, yes. Michael Jackson was an addict. Therefore, he would be seen as vulnerable. If Michael Jackson sought rehabilitation, which I did hear, whilst a stay in the UK, and it did not work, at least give him the credit that he took responsibility momentarily for his addictions. However, we do know that to beat addictions it can take up to 15 years and numerous attempts for rehabilitation treatment to take effect, such as, cognitive behavioural therapy, let alone, weaning off of medication. We must also bear in mind, how long one has had been addicted to estimate the possibility of rehabilitation and willingness.

So, to answer the original question,is Michael Jackson responsible for his death? As he was vulnerable being an addict, he was not able to take responsibility, because he was an addict.
