Comments like yours is whats wrong with America today. Let me spell it out for you again since you dont seem to understand. IT DOSENT MATTER WHAT THE PATIENT WANTED. As a licensed doctor the responsiblity ultimately falls with the doctor. The problem here is over the loooong years this has been happening, one of these doctors should have reported Michael Jackson as having a drug problem instead of feeding his habit.
We all understand that addicts arent in control the drugs are. And in MJ's case these ARE NOT drugs that you can just freely get. These doctors willingly broke the law and they should pay for their actions. What you are saying relates to someone like a crackhead....a drug any person can get. Something the user can control how much he/she gets.
In Micheal's case it shouldnt have mattered who he was or how much money he has. The law is the law. Its as plain as that. We saw this very same thing with Anna Nicole and her son. The point being some of these "licensed" doctors are no better than the guys you see in the hood. Technically they are doing the same thing. One is just hiding behind a license and a degree. Because of this, because of they people they treat (stars and such) some of these doctors feel they are above the law. Therin lies the problem. The law is the law....dosent matter who you are. An example needs to be made, just like they did with Michael Vick and dog fighting.
We want the truth, we want arrests, convictions, rescinding of licenses, and prison terms. We want a lawsuit on behalf of the family.
