Ryan Jenkins Did Not Leave a Suicide Note

9/1/2009 11:40 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Ryan JenkinsA lot of questions surrounding Jasmine Fiore's murder may have died with Ryan Jenkins -- cops say he didn't leave a suicide note in the motel room where he was found hanged.

Jenkins was found hanging from the coat rack in his room at the Thunderbird Motel in British Columbia on August 23, over a week after cops believe he murdered Jasmine in San Diego and then fled the United States.

Although cops didn't find a suicide note, they did find Jenkins' laptop in the room -- but it's yet to be determined if there is anything of significance on the comp.

I picked up on this TMZ site recently re the Michael Jackson case, and must say I have been impressed with their reporting.
Lately I picked up on comments re the Jenkins/Fiore case, from just reading up on the history of these 2 individuals and watching the live coverage from family members, I do begin to wonder who are the victims here. It is pretty obvious that this guy was a timebomb just waiting to go off, and he met the trigger. It it wasn't her, sooner or later it was gonna be someone else.

Okay, here we go AND I ASSUMED RIGHT (pats self on back lol)

Jenkins then picked up his speedboat in Nevada, police said. When Los Angeles police contacted him Monday, Aug. 17,(BEFORE TUE 18TH) he told them he was in Utah and headed to Canada to resolve some immigration issues.(WHICH WAS A LIE ACCORDING TO THE JENKIN'S MOMMY WANTED HIM HOME) He made multiple cell phone calls while on the road and talked at least once to an attorney who said he would try to get him to turn himself in,

AUNT is a lying idiot. He ran and ran. That's probably what really tipped police. Hi, I just reported my wife missing. I'm in Utah and I'm running off to Canada.duh duh duh The only conspiracy I see is the Jenkin's family.

Sylvia Not really. They can't hold him with no evidence of nothing. After the 18th he was nowhere to be found. Prior he was playing Kosher cause he didn't think they would identify her (or at least not so soon). It was however, just enough time for him to escape but really not long enough.

According to a statement of claim filed in Edmonton’s Court of Queen’s Bench on Aug. 20, BMW Canada Inc. is alleging Ryan Jenkins owes them $12,750 in outstanding payments for a luxury car he was leasing."

More interesting tid bits:

"At the same time, surveillance video shows Jenkins gradually moving most of his belongings from the penthouse into his black BMW X5 _ a process that took nearly 36 hours to complete as investigators scrambled to identify Fiore's body.

He was later seen leaving the penthouse for the final time around 9 a.m. Aug. 16 _ more than 48 hours after police believe Fiore died.

"He didn't expect that body to be located that soon, that was pretty obvious. He had to definitely hasten the pace when he got to LA as to what he needed to do," said Powell.

Jenkins then picked up his speedboat in Nevada, police said. When Los Angeles police contacted him Monday, Aug. 17, he told them he was in Utah and headed to Canada to resolve some immigration issues. He made multiple cell phone calls while on the road and talked at least once to an attorney who said he would try to get him to turn himself in, Nunes said.

Nunes said it was unclear if that conversation happened. ..."

I wonder if that Attorney will ever talk? Probably not.

This is obviously the first murder case that you've followed.

Some of us are veterans and have been doing this for years. EVERY case that I have followed had erroneous media reports, inconsistencies, and misquotes. EVERY single one. Even I have been misquoted in the press, and that wasn't a major story on the AP wire or anything.

Nothing new here. Nothing mysterious here. Nothing nefarious here. Nothing conspiratorial here.

It just happens.

STY, so this means that you, being the veteran follower you are, know just when the facts are right and when they are wrong? Yeah, things were misquoted or misrepresented but now they're being quoted and represented correctly? Is that it? Again with the wanting it both ways! Please don't bother to respond. If you insist Jenkins is guilty, ok, shut up about and stop trying to convince people. And the idiots with questions may agree to stop trying to get you to see if there might be another version.

Sad,sad...I've never driven from LA to Calgary but the cops say Ryan ended up on a 1000 mile journey. 1000 miles at 80 mph should have taken him around 20 hours maybe 24 with loading his boat and unloading stuff at the warehouse. Would that be fair to say? BUT, on the 17th he apparently tells the cops he's only in Utah. If he's on the run, why answer the phone in the first place?

Sylvia because at that time her body wasn't identified yet. If he didn't it might have raised suspicion. The next day was a smack in the face and off he went. It hit media outlets on the 18th if I recall and they were looking for him for questioning. He was a "person of interest". He did not comply after. This is redundant. At that time all they wanted to do was talk to him. He wasn't a suspect. He avoided police and ran and became a suspect to murder. It's really not that complicated to figure out.

Started here: Re read this and so should aunt Jenkin's.

"We're told the Buena Park PD has been trying unsuccessfully to contact him and fear he may be on the run. A police official told us they fear the 32-year-old Jenkins, a resident of Calgary, may be fleeing to Canada. As the official put it, "It's suspicious.""

Sad,sad - you've given me 2 tmz posts, both of which I'd read when the story broke. Here's one from Crime News. There are too many others to post:

http://www.crimenews2000.com/news.php?extend.1435

The autopsy was done on the 16th, id'd on the 17th when Jenkins was contacted and made public on the 18th.

Are you trying to say that she was id'd on the 18th, the day AFTER the cops got in touch with Jenkins or are you saying they got in touch with Jenkins on the 18th?
