The war between Jon and Kate Gosselin hit a peak on the morning talk shows today -- with Jon announcing on national TV that the mother of his 8 children is "someone I despise."
Jon was on "GMA" where he kept talkin' trash about his ex -- and even accused her of taking his wedding ring.

If Jon wanted to go to counseling and Kate refused to go that shows that she is selfish and that she didn't really care for her marriage. It also shows that Kate thinks that she is never wrong.

People can get married young and it work. I do believe we are the exception to the rule though.
Married at 19 and I'm still happy 23 years later. It can work.
That said, I wonder what would have happened if they turned down the offer to do a TV show? I have a feeling Jon might have taken to the couch like so many other married men. Maybe they would have worked out the tribe of kids thing on their own?
At this point its a circus. And BOTH of these two idiots is to blame. She is just as big of a piece of work as he is.

Jon said MANY times after the announced split; "I will always LOVE Kate as she is the mother of my children." Jon trashed Kate on a show LAST YEAR to his boys on the golf course as one got upset as the other son was getting his shirt dirty. Jon said on camera, "your mother has made you this way etc etc." I bet Jon is trashing her even more to all 8 kids when he is home with them WHEN he gets off his ATV,cell phone, finishes signing his autographs & interviewing with the paps at the fence, and finishes all of his many smoking breaks he takes in his yard. Sept 7, Jon took most of his children, except Cara(who is must be too smart to go to the fence)inches away from all the STRANGERS at the fence. No photograph showed any bodyguard nearby.
