I heard that there is a show on TV now called "Gossip Girl." The only actress that I was aware of being on that show (and I hope I'm right) is Kelly Rutherford. Who is this chic with the blonde hair, who claims she is an actress in this show? Why did they show her as a toddler? Only a few years have passed since that pic was taken!
