Excuse me, is there universal education in your part of the woods? Judging by some of the above comments I have my doubts.
For my part, I consider Chloe Sevigny
a wonderful actress;
an inspiring designer and model;
naturally beautiful (European values);
More seriously entertaining than many of the hollywood hacks;
totally underated and under valued.
