Jackson Probe Coming in for a Landing

Michael Jackson Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the Michael Jackson homicide case will be presented to the L.A. County District Attorney in 3 to 4 weeks.

We're told the lion's share of the investigation has been completed and Dr. Conrad Murray remains the singular target. Our sources say LAPD detectives have requested opinions from several medical experts who will analyze the evidence and offer their opinions on Dr. Murray's conduct.

The medical experts are supposed to submit their finding in 2 to 3 weeks and we're told detectives need an additional week to assemble their evidence before they make a formal presentation to the D.A.

Law enforcement sources also say an arrest will not be made before Dr. Murray is charged with a crime -- of course that assumes he will be charged.

The case is complicated by the fact that Jackson had been taking various medications, even though the evidence is compelling that Propofol was the direct cause of Jackson's death.

7. Somebody has to pay for this crime. It was a crime. A professional physician, with just a littel bit of ethics, will never do something so stupid and dangerous as the things Dr. Murray did.
He knew that what he was doing was extremely dangerous for Michael's life, and even then he did it.
So, he has to pay the consequences for his acts.

8. Dr. Conrad Murray - guilty of involentary manslaughter. Since both Michael, and Dr. Conrad both knew they were doing something illegal, by taking profolio, Dr. Murray should get 50% of the manslaughter charge, and maybe do only 5 years in prison.

13. For the other hand, in despite of the time in jail Dr. Murray might get, nothing will bring Michael's life back. He gone forever. It is so sad... :(

15. IT's about dam time because if this was a white person they would have been done charged somebody.. I don't care what no one says if DR.death ad been paying attition we would still have our king even if he had just call 991 right away..the Dr.at UCLA said michael could have still made it...but he didn't it not the fact that he gave him the drugs its the fact he did not get help right away he just let michael Die he took a father away form his kids...and something should have been done as soon as he said what he gave him..now they wanna close in all of a sudden? I think it's cuz people have seen the trailor for This is it.. and michael looked fab he sang,dance talked like MJ should have.. and people are pissed I know I am now I know half the Mj haters gonna get on here and be like he was on drugs well I have news for them so is the rest of america.. think about that the next time u have a headace, or some kind of pain than u need meds on here to help with the pain.. and I will tell everyone until i have no breath left in my body he was a good kind hearted man who was destoryed by the very people who made him a star..shame Justice for MJ
