With their straggly manes, raccoon eyes and pouty lips, Lindsay Lohan, 23, and Taylor Momsen, 16, blonded at a fashion show in NYC on Tuesday.
Between them, they have three stints in rehab. All Lindsay's.

7. Why do women insist upon getting their lips puffed up like that? You would think that after seeing so many horrific jobs done that they would shy away fron this. Is there a single women out there that looks better after getting a "trout pout"? I can't imagine what Blohan is going to look like when she hits forty that's if she lives that long.
