Anna Nicole Smith -- Taxed After Death

 Anna Nicole SmithOf the two things that are certain, apparently taxes outlive life itself, because Anna Nicole Smith still owes the State of California.

The State Franchise Tax Board has filed a creditor's claim in her probate case for $43,280.66 for back taxes from her 2007 tax return. Of that amount, $35,424 is the delinquent tax, $4,837.12 is the penalty and interest totals $3,019.54.

And how's this? The Franchise Tax Board served Howard K. Stern.

2. Our Father, who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name; thy kingdom come;
thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread;
and forgive us our trespasses
as we forgive those who trespass against us;
and lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil. Amen

9. It's disgusting the 25% of the debt comes from interest and penalties. The IRS is worse than a collection agency in assessing outlandish fees.

11. That's California for ya. Taxing a dead crackhead for back taxes. Hell, why not send her young daughter the bill?

Her slimy drug pushing boyfriend, Howard K. Stern help kill her so maybe he should pay it. Everybody wants to hang Dr. Murray for MJ's death but Howard Stern did the same thing and he's still running around free as a jaybird. His name was even on the prescription bottles plus he was the last person with both Anna and her son Daniel at the time of their drug overdoses. California should put Howard in prison and let him work off the tax bill in the prison laundry.

12.

Funny Howard never paid her taxes before so this is new to him to have to do every thing legal.

He still lies in depo's and on the stand in court.

It will catch up to him

When is his pre-lim for those silly little 6 felony charges for drugging Anna Nicole Smith to death?

13. All the money he sucked out of her, he should pay it. He kept her pumped with drugs and drained every penny he could get out of her before she overdosed. He should feel really proud of himself. Of course, she was no saint herself. She tried to suck half a billion dollars from the old man and didn't get a dime! Two money sucking vultures ended up with zero and Howard's left holding the tax bill. Ain't life a b*tch?

14. Has anyone seen the new house Larry Birdbrain bought and remodeled in KY. with Dannilynn's money? I would not be suprised if Uncle Howie sends this tax bill to Dannilynn to pay.
Also, is Uncle Howie's parents still paying for Howies Attorney's or is Dannilynn? How is Howie supporting himself these days? (besides lawsuits)

15. Its Ca. I'm surprised they aren't charging property taxes on plots and leaving the bills on the headstones.
