Britney Custody Order Extended

Britney Spears will share 50/50 custody with Kevin Federline at least through the end of the year -- TMZ has learned.

An L.A. County Superior Court judge extended the order that was initially put in place for Britney's concert tour. Under the terms, Britney gets to travel with Sean Preston and Jayden James and must provide K-Fed with a place to stay if he wants to follow them on tour.

Sources tell us the sealed order is very detailed, but Britney gets minimum 50/50 custody and at times even more.

As for Kevin, in addition to the $20,000 a month Britney pays him in child support, he gets between $20,000 and $25,000 a month when the kids are outside of California.

At the end of the year the judge will reevaluate custody. We're told it's looking like a 50/50 split is the way of the future.

5. Britney should get her boys back 100% since she's sane now, that way K-Fat can't use her money to support his manly gf, his scummy brother, his BFF. Needs to stop stocking that bar and cut it with the junk food. He forgets he has two other children.

11. Yall so bad bashing brit but she making money and her child support payment... and since k- fed has but so far up brits ass when dose he have time to be with the other kids he has? I know Shar anint leting them to far out her sights..ans as for # 9 she had her problems and now she back doing her thing with her kids so right now the only one needs to get it together is u and k- fed cuz i think she doing a fab job..we all have times when were not on top of our game why is she any different? oh wait she got's money......lol oh well u go brit..

13. $20,000 a month to K-fed. $25,000 when the kids are outside California. With all of that money she can't get someone around her that will knock some sense into her. Must provide him with travel and hotel room on her tour?? How ridiculous will this get?? I hope the kids don't inherit Britney's philosophy on life.

14. Fine. Let them get her overconfident and take away the hard fought restrictions that they placed on her and the crazytrain will be rolling strong all over again. I'm sure the kids would really enjoy another game of cops and hostages and must miss being dragged around from bathroom to bathroom in the middle of the night when she's try to score drugs and random peen. Yes, Kevin is truly a horrible father for keeping his mouth shut about what went on with his psycho ex and because he got fat.

15. Brit and Kev just need to raise the youngin's as best as possible.. I just hope the kids come out all right in the future inspite of the parents they have.

Unlike most of us, at least they have a lot of money, so at least that should not be a major problem.

Love is priceless, so I hope both parents can provide that for free..
