Evi Quaid Attacks Officer with Sign Language

9/25/2009 3:42 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Evi Quaid is using her fine-arts skills to attack the Presidio County Sheriff's deputy who arrested her -- hand-painting a big, fat sign which accuses the officer of being a dirty, bribe-taking cop.

Evi Quaid

Evi painted the sign -- directed at Deputy James Davis -- on the side of a truck she personally drove and parked outside of Mayor Dan Dunlap's office moments ago. The sign says "Deputy James Davis takes payments ... call & make offers."

But Deputy Davis tells us he won't take the smear campaign laying down, saying, "She's entitled to her freedom of speech, but at some point it becomes libel. I'm considering legal action if it continues."

What a spolied, delusional (yet typical) Hollywood idiot. Pay your bill honey because you especially aren't ENTITLED to anything in this life. You have to earn more than a husband with residual checks.

"fine-arts" skills? I know a first grader who could make a much better sign than that with some finger paints! I think Evi needs a nice room at the local Hoo Hoo Hotel!

Uhm, if that's not libel, I don't know what is. I would be speed-dialing attorneys right now.

This is what happens when you got so rich you no longer need anything from others - i.e. a paycheck, rental agreements, even shopping at the local store. Your own self entitlement supersedes anything external, and when the external world forcefully enters itself into your own world via an arrest, it's as if you have been wronged because you are above the external world.

She feels justified in this campaign of hers, a personal campaign of protesting this one sheriff who was just doing his job. I can hear the voices in her head now saying, "it had to be a conspiracy!"

Don't get me wrong, I don't like the idea of crooked cops, but this woman has been flipping out for 24 hours now, and picketing is spawned from victimization, whether of the self or others.

Clearly, she feels like she is the victim when anyone standing outside the situation can see that is not the case.

She can always label this "statement art". She would do well to move to Mineral Wells, drink the lithium laced water there and start a pet rescue. There's an abandoned hotel there that she could buy on the cheapside.

This gal has waaay to much time on her hands.

Isn't this standard procedure for any celebrity who is arrested, blame the cop or better yet, claim that the officer is dirty?

I hope someone steps up and gets this woman the mental health help she needs. There is a fine line between funny crazy and dangerous crazy.
