Lamar & Khloe Play House -- Big House

Khloe & Lamar Our Bev Hills spies tell TMZ Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian are house hunting right now -- scratch that .... mansion shopping.

Last night after the bachelor/bachelorette parties, Lamar and Khloe stayed in a hotel and hit the streets of Beverly Hills today in search of a big pad.

We're told they're looking for a place in the 8,000 - 10,000 square foot range -- with 5 to 6 bedrooms, a pool and of course, space for a basketball court.

It's good to be rich.

11. An old buddy of mine went to college with Lamar Odom. Apparently he is a great guy and a class act. It's not his fault his face has been plastered all over the news, he's just trying to find happiness! I wish them both the best!
