With his girlfriend suing Joe Francis for $1 million, we were kinda hoping for a showdown between Brody Jenner and the Girls Gone Wild head honcho at Khloe's wedding -- only problem, Brody never showed.

Though he is the bride's step-brother, Jenner was noticeably absent from the rushed nuptials -- and when we got him earlier in the day at LAX, he said he was leaving L.A. for NY.

Joe -- who almost threw the groom a "midget" filled bachelor party -- still went.

Seems amazing to me that Brody didn't go to his sister's wedding...that just seems SO WRONG to me...family is family and there is NO REASON for him to bail on the ceremony...Joe Francis or not...and if it was Khloe's choice...she's more of a loser than I thought...how petty that you keep the invite of the guy with all the beach properties...any bets on which one they'll honeymoon at??? HMMMMMM

8. So shameful! What an insult to Bruce Jenner to have the "pimp" there instead of Brody, that is family. Whether he's right or wrong, Brody belongs there, not Francis. I guess money talks. The Kardashians are wrong on every level!!!

10. Brody doesn't owe any of that embarrassing bunch of camera hungry phonies anything! He has overcome a lot to be the good guy that he is! Bruce was a father only in name...not in participation. None of them can be considered "family". They were in like company with Joe Francis. Pathetic group....especially when karma rolls around.

11. Nothing about this to me is strange at all. This (unofficial) marriage and wedding was formed in about a month for attention...gotta keep in the media to stay current. Brody Jenner and Francis have been intertwined in life for years and this looks like another publicity stunt to keep us all remembering them as well.
