Police Receive Ryan Jenkins' Hard Drive

Ryan JenkinsBuena Park Police officials tell TMZ they've now received the computer hard drive found with Ryan Jenkins when he was discovered hanged back in August.

We're told the BPPD received the hard drive from the Royal Canadian Mounted Police -- who found the computer in Jenkins' room in the Thunderbird Motel in British Columbia on August 23.

As we've previously reported, no suicide note was found with Jenkins -- but police tell us they hope there will be data on the hard drive that will shed new light on the murder of swimsuit model Jasmine Fiore.

Police tell us the case could be closed within weeks.

11. I doubt the Buena Park PD will tell us soon if they think Ryan is innocent, which I think he is. They claim he killed her on Friday morning, even though many witnesses talked to her or saw her Friday afternoon through to Friday evening. They even said in the first few days after the body was found that she died a few hours before the discovery of her body. For whatever reason, the Buena Park PD decided to push back her time of death 24 hours. There isn't one definitive shred of evidence that he killed Jasmine. With her secret boyfriends and lifestyle, she may have been killed in a drug deal gone bad or a contract hit for all we know.

Buena Park PD have been guilty in the past of wrongly convicting at least one person, even though the evidence clearly said he was innocent. Also, the D.A. office in Orange County has been trying to wrestle control of the crime lab by influencing the outcome of test results, which is dangerous territory and could be seen as a human rights issue.

Ryan is innocent.

12. If you see above, the police told TMZ they'll be closing the case in weeks. According to the Santa Cruz Sentinel, the police told Lisa Lepore that it would be months and they still have to rule out an accomplice. That means they have no idea who is to blame for this murder and they're trying to pin it on a dead man, or they know who it is and they're covering for that person.

15. I doubt if there is anything in the hard drive that will shed any light. But please, ENOUGH of this case. There have been a lot of victims of violent crimes since Ryan and Fiore got killed, why are we still on this one? Can we move on already.
