TMZ has learned Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian are not legally married ... and they won't be until a prenup is signed.
We've learned two high-powered family law attorneys are already squaring off, trying to hash out the prenup Odom wants as a condition to marriage. Neal Hersh is doing his bidding, while Lisa Meyer is repping Khloe. We're told the negotiations -- which began last Friday -- are already contentious.
Our sources say the couple will tie the knot -- legally -- once the prenup is inked.

My good friend knows the family well and said that the whole family are completely self absorbed media whores. The mother Kris is a a horrible example to the kids. They pretend to be well to do, but they are not. Before the E television show they did not have money. Her mother and the girls are all gold diggers. Believe me Khloe is after Lamar's money. Lamar you better wisen up and run far and fast from Khloe and Kris. You are going to be screwed big time from these two. Trust me

A Sun-Times blogger speculates that Odom did this because he's a fame whore like the Kardashians are.
But the blogger also writes that "sources" say that Morales is going to take Odom to court to increase the child support payments, since he's being paid for this wedding sham.
Interesting about his Christian clothing company. He gets married to an idiot after knowing her for a month, but doesn't do it legally because of a financial hitch, and yet he probably considers himself a good Christian.

Why marry the cow, when she's happy to give you the milk for free? Staying single and shacking up would have been easier, and cheaper, no lawyers fees or sham wedding/publicity stunt. It's not like she was going to stop putting out.

Saints Fan, if Odom is an even bigger fame whore than the Kardashians are, then the wedding makes sense, from a fame whore point of view. I didn't know who he was before this sham marriage was announced. Now I know. That publicity cannot be bought, and in fact he's been PAID for this sham! It doesn't matter if the reason he's in the news is good or bad, all that matters to him is that he's in the news.
