Lamar and Khloe Livin' in Sin!

TMZ has learned Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian are not legally married ... and they won't be until a prenup is signed.

We've learned two high-powered family law attorneys are already squaring off, trying to hash out the prenup Odom wants as a condition to marriage. Neal Hersh is doing his bidding, while Lisa Meyer is repping Khloe. We're told the negotiations -- which began last Friday -- are already contentious.

56. My good friend knows the family well and said that the whole family are completely self absorbed media whores. The mother Kris is a a horrible example to the kids. They pretend to be well to do, but they are not. Before the E television show they did not have money. Her mother and the girls are all gold diggers. Believe me Khloe is after Lamar's money. 57. This whole thing doesn't make any sense. If they didn't agree on a prenup, why go thru with the wedding? What a waste. In other words, if a prenup doesn't get signed, they just forget about the whole wedding?? Doesn't make any sense to me. What is the purpose of the marraige if it's not legal? 59. A Sun-Times blogger speculates that Odom did this because he's a fame whore like the Kardashians are.

But the blogger also writes that "sources" say that Morales is going to take Odom to court to increase the child support payments, since he's being paid for this wedding sham.

Interesting about his Christian clothing company. He gets married to an idiot after knowing her for a month, but doesn't do it legally because of a financial hitch, and yet he probably considers himself a good Christian.
