just another sign of the times. Yet another 'rich person' goes bankrupt. The economy continues to tank. These stupid celebs are just a blown up version of what is extremely wrong with this damn country.

Not quite understanding how celebs with millions in the bank can let their bills get to this point. I'm as broke as a 90 yr old street-walker so it makes sense for me to default on a loan.

But Nic Cage? I'm sure he can dig up $2mil from his lavish seat cushions.

I was under the impression that rich movie stars, like Nicolas, have someone paying thier bills for them, accountants and such..maybe he didn't even know the bill wasn't paid!

No one in his shoes keeps track of their own finances. They have accountants to do the work for them and they trust them to do the job right since they are getting paid to do it.

Cage could probably turn around and sue his accounting firm for screwing up his finances as much as they obviously have.
