7. Apparently Kimbell made her movie in 2005 (IMDb). I guess Oprah had no clue when she had Rock on her show promoting a his movie that he may have stolen some intellectual property from, or not stolen.Rock should make some sort of acknowledgement to this Kimbell. It is sad that Kimbell was not on Oprah first!

8. He has a lot of nerve going on Oprah and pretending to be some great authority regarding caucasian hair, i.e. "keeping it natural." In case most haven't taken notice, the reason why many caucasian women get their hair highlighted or bleached is the--fact--that a great percentage of us are born with black hair that turns blonde before it turns brown (if it does change) and we, actually, have multi-colors in the hair on our head. Stick to the hair texture of your own women, Chris Rock.

9. He's got clout, millions and expensive lawyers at his disposal. She has zilch, of course he won. Chris is a brilliant comedian, but his big feature movies really suck. He should stick to his tv show and stand up.

I wonder if he regrets the cruel jokes he made at Michael Jackson's expense when he was alive?

12. How many documentaries are there on the same topic? Watch the History Channel on the weekend. There's probably a dozen Nostradamus docs on. It happens in movies, as well. Plenty of films with nearly identical plots come out close to the same time. Chris almost certainly lifted her idea, but she doesn't own the rights to black hair. I'm willing to bet Chris's doc is funnier and more entertaining, anyway.

13. Some of you are really slow just because a documentary talks about the same thing does not mean he stole it. For example there are many documentary on John F Kennedy which obviously are going to have some similarties but it does not mean that they are the same. Plus he invited this women to go to the premier now why would he do that if he stole her idea? I mean really think about it. Chris Rock is funny but he can be annoying at times but he's right in this case.
