Here's the 37-year-old Oscar winner back in 1983 (left) -- and 26 years later, the 63-year-old version at an event in NYC last week (right).
It's amazing what not getting married to your partner of over 20 years can do for a gal.

It's funny the people making comments about how great her tits are for her age. Actually - as seen at a few red carpet events when she didn't wear enough support - they actually hang down to her knees now. Still big - yeah ... but hardly perky (as they're not naturally meant to be at that age).

I vote neither. I vote for GREAT make up/ Have you ever seen her without make up? If you have you're probably blind-I know I was for a few minutes!!!
Susan Sarandon⦠She make the spicy meatball movie with Winona Ryder and then another with Natalie Portman.. Itâs like you donât know whoâs the leader anymore!!
The problem with celebrity types having an opinion is not that they voice it, it's that they too often misuse the golden soapbox being a celebrity gives them. Not exactly a level playing field at all, but a mechanism for trying to make that one vote thing unbalanced in favor of their views and their one vote count twice or more, while pandering to a sympathetic audience for more prospective fans under that specific political banner. Which is why they are disrespected for it even when the view might be popularly held. Suggesting that withholding dollars from buying their their professional work is the way to disapprove is just plain absurd. Go do your pet political crap in relative obscurity like the rest of us; it's not all that dissimilar to publicizing your volunteer and charity work and having lots of photo ops to ensure yourself press coverage and recognition (names, anyone?).
the answer is neither, she is fugly now and was fugly then. unless you're into women that look like mogwai.
For her age she looks good and she has some nice big naturl tits.Who cares if they sag thats better then fake ones that are hard.I would do her with no hesitation.

That's sick to think I was talking about her that way. Whats wrong with you? Anyway it was a joke - SHEESH.
Sorry to Susan and her husband you had to think that way.
She had her eyes done, face peel or resurfacing and probably some botox and ?? She was a smoker for a long long time and she couldn't look that good at 63 without having had anything done.
No matter what your political views are, Susan Sarandon was ugle in 1983 and she's ugly now!!!

Having met this lady several times during the course of the past 20 years I can guarantee that it is "definetly good docs". In person she is proof of what the saying means "ridden hard and put away wet". Even with the Hollywood make up artist during her make up prior to a recent event, it is a amazing what foundation applied with a putty knife, an air brush, can not even hide
She definitely had some serious work done. You have only to look at photos of her at an older age than when in her prime. She looked old - loose jaw, bags under eyes, neck getting stringy. Not that fixing those things is bad - especially in a business where it's all about looks.
Britney Spears might miss a lot more 'X Factor' auditions ... because she can! Simon Cowell gave Brit damn near free reign in order to sign the pop star to that $15 million deal -- but is it backfiring? We'll tell you what peeps on the set are saying.Plus, Chris Jericho's…
