Anna Nicole -- Drugs on the Bed

The first witness in the preliminary hearing over Anna Nicole Smith's prescription drug death testified authorities found a baby bottle of Pedialyte on her bed, along with a bottle of Cipro.

Pedialyte is used to rehydrate children when they experience diarrhea and vomiting. Anna had been battling the flu.

Cipro is an antibiotic used to treat infections.

Anna was found unresponsive in her hotel room on February 8, 2007 at the Hard Rock in Seminole, Florida. Her cause of death was a sleeping med along with 8 other prescription drugs.

Howard K. Stern, Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, and Khristine Eroshevich are charged with fueling a drug addict's habit.

Anna Nicole Smith

The baby bottle evidence could be important because prosecutors are trying to show Anna Nicole was so incapacitated from drugs she could barely function.

8. They were all contributing to her problem, and I hope like heck they all end up in jail. They knew what they were doing. First her son, and then her. Too obvious what they were up to. Her getting sick wasn't in the plans but, its certainly played out well for them, so far.

9. The peple around Anna wher defineitly enabler. But ifth didn't "enabe" her drug use, She woul have found other people who would. Howard relly loved her and did the best he could for her!

10. First of all, a baby bottle of Pedialyte on Anna's bed doesn't mean anything. She had a baby at the time, and baby's drink Pedialyte. The media is implying that she was using the baby bottle herself. How dumb. This story is just basically sad from beginning to end. RIP Anna.

11. Using Pedialyte as evidence of her being incapacitaed is a joke. I know a lot of adults that drink Pedialyte, as their drink of choice, during a hangover.

12. If she was incapacitated all the time due to drugs, why did this woman psychiatrist keep proscribing more and more and more drugs. And how come Howard Stern never "saw" how bad she was and try to help her?

13. Anna was a user and manipulator, and I despise the fact that she almost succeeded in keeping Larry Birkhead from his daughter.

But the people around her were drug pushers, and they should be punished. Period.
