Jackson Lawyers -- Let's Make This Clear!

Michael JacksonWe've learned ... lawyers representing Michael Jackson's estate are going to court this morning, asking the judge to streamline the administration of the estate -- specifically, clarifying they have the power to make day-to-day decisions without having to go before a judge.

Lawyers for John Branca and John McClain claim the judge has already given them broad powers to make decisions over Jackson's estate, and only the biggest ones would require them going into court. But Katherine's lawyers haven't always seen it that way, so the estate wants the judge to restate it for them.

They're at the courthouse now.

UPDATE: 1:27 PM PT The judge just put off the hearing until later this month, when he'll formally hear the case.

4. 'yes, murray was criminal in his actions but he was not the primary party. Mike Jackson was a drug addict. He knew it and he disregarded offers of help from his family. He was given everything he could have asked for and threw it all away.

You Jackson worshippers need to get a life. He was no better than a common street druggie!!

6. While MJ had his issues with drugs for a long time... let's not forget the toxicology and autopsy found NO drugs in his blood, liver or stomach. Lets not forget his liver and kidneys were in no way com[promised as a chronic prescription drug abuser's would have been. MJ needed sleep, he was an insomniac who took the wrong route to get rest. For that, yes he is responsible for and has paid the price...with his life. Now the others who were involved have to pay a price too. If Dr Murray had injected drugs every 3 hours into your Mom and she therefore died...you'd be singing a whole other song

Good The two johns Are getting to big for the job say they decied what money goes where this is just crazy Mrs Jackson should be made where of what's going on.. and if they have all the say so what is the problem...Johns need to really becareful because this will only get worse..Mrs Jackson is a good woman and Michael knew that...He Reguardless of ur feelings for the brothers it's Mrs Jacskon just wants to Make sure that Michael's good name stays that way.. she was unable to help her son when he was alive due to the Bad people in his life and she just wants to protect what's left.. it should be streamlined... There's something not right about the two John's but Maybe it's just Me... Tmz tell us what's really happening..

12. Hey #5 why don't u STUF.. because when a person is sick they don't think that what they are doing is bad.. HE was a good Man and did a lot for the world.. so until u have done half of what he has done be quiet..all these people who claim they were trying to help yes ago means nothing they should have been there every day not just paydays..ok..Mj might have had a problem in the past but from everything that I have seen he was ok.. he had Lupus which somedays can be very painful and other days not... All he wanted to do was sleep with all the pressure he was under I would have beeb the say way put ur self in his shoes and walk a mile and see if u still feel the same chances are you will not last one day.. so dont judge a book by it's covers unless u have read it front to back which u have not...The stuff TMZ puts up dose not count.. do some research..the whole world is at ur finger tips..use it.. and have respect the only one u are hurting is his children who could see this.. and for a person who says Mj fans look stupid bet u would not say that in person..And BTW ur just as dumb for wasteing ur time tell us how we look cuz guess what we Luv Mj and don't care what u think...so take ur rude comments and shove it where the sun don't shine...Thanks..Justice For MJ..All the way..

14. TMZ staff this is a nice picture of Michael. Thank you for using this photo. I know this has nothing to do with the case in point, but its just nice to see some respect paid to Michael by TMZ.

I’d also like to add with regard to the estate, I hope that all works out for Katherine, I do trust her judgement and care. She has a kind heart.
