Larry Birkhead is on the stand in the preliminary hearing involving Anna Nicole Smith and the defendants who allegedly fueled her drug habit.
Birkhead just testified between August 2004 and May 2006, he saw Anna take the following drugs regularly: Topamax, Lasix, Klonopin, Valium, Xanax, Potassium and Methadone.
He has not talked about whether Howard K. Stern or the two other defendants -- Sandeep Kapoor and Kristine Eroshevich -- helped facilitate Anna's drug use, but he did identify Dr. Kapoor as Smith's regular physician at the time.
UPDATE 3:20 PM ET -- Birkhead testified he saw Anna's prescription bottles with several different names on them: Anna Nicole Smith, Michelle Chase, Vicki Marshall and Jane Brown. Larry also said the whole time he knew Anna he was concerned that she would take her meds inappropriately.
UPDATE 5:50 PM ET -- Birkhead testified he never saw anyone force Anna to take medication. He said he saw Anna with a duffel bag full of meds. Birkhead said he saw Stern give the bag to Anna Nicole, but didn't see him administer any drugs.

A year ago when RT/M went to her good TX friend's side,I predict it took 6 months before her old biddy place close.Now she goes private lol!!! Birkhead offered to pay Opri 300 thousand dollars, more than her bad adice deserved. More than her hours of counsel to him.
SHE DECLINED.

Keep us updated, TMZ. I hope Larry doesn't back-peddle because he and Stern have agreed to be civil to each other. Larry knows that Stern was Anna's drug dealer and Stern also claimed to be Dannilynne's father. Birkhead should bury him.
(I like Larry, and think he is a good father. However, if he knew Anna was on so many drugs, why didn't he keep going out with her?)
Anna was almost 4o yrs old.
She facilitated her own use of prescription medicines.
Until the country gets a complete data system for the doctors to see what one patient has been given abuse will continue to happen.
That would have to include other countries also being in that data system.
Heath Ledger may still have been here if there was a system like that.
This California case was brought about by Anna's mom's pro bono lawyers. Do any of you know any lawyers who spend almost a million dollars trying to get their hands on any money that may come from the old man, Marshall's estate?
That is the only reason anyone is in that California court in this case, the lies from Texas is why there is even a case to begin with.
