Larry Birkhead is on the stand in the preliminary hearing involving Anna Nicole Smith and the defendants who allegedly fueled her drug habit.
Birkhead just testified between August 2004 and May 2006, he saw Anna take the following drugs regularly: Topamax, Lasix, Klonopin, Valium, Xanax, Potassium and Methadone.
He has not talked about whether Howard K. Stern or the two other defendants -- Sandeep Kapoor and Kristine Eroshevich -- helped facilitate Anna's drug use, but he did identify Dr. Kapoor as Smith's regular physician at the time.
UPDATE 3:20 PM ET -- Birkhead testified he saw Anna's prescription bottles with several different names on them: Anna Nicole Smith, Michelle Chase, Vicki Marshall and Jane Brown. Larry also said the whole time he knew Anna he was concerned that she would take her meds inappropriately.
UPDATE 5:50 PM ET -- Birkhead testified he never saw anyone force Anna to take medication. He said he saw Anna with a duffel bag full of meds. Birkhead said he saw Stern give the bag to Anna Nicole, but didn't see him administer any drugs.

I will say he is a very good Father to his little girl but when she gets older he is going to be the one who has to tell her why he didn't do more to help save her mothers life...IF he knew she was talking all this stuff and even thinking she might have been taking something he should have intervend more so I feel yes he's good father but in some way just as bad.. he should have fought harder..instead just taking it for what it was.. so Nope not buying it one bit ..and why is HKS still helping t run anna's Eestate? Fyi she had way more money than u people realize..she had all kinds of bisness makeup a production company.. she did a few movies...and a couple other things she was into.... Only thing Larry can do is throw him under the buss and get him far away for Dannilyn's money..next it's going to come out that he was taking money hideing it...Mark my words...
Stern has the goods on this guy and he's so deep in a cover-up that he can't tell the truth now; however, the general public figured it out a long time ago while watching E.T. night-after-night and seeing the entire Florida hearing via television. Hey, Birkhead, videos down't lie! Most people will never forget the Clown Video and, also, everything the real baby daddy said in Florida. If the Texas Court does the right thing, the child, these disgusting men, and the corrupt lawyers will never receive a cent of the Marshall Family Estate.

Howard liquified drugs that were NEVER MEANT to be liquified and INJECTED ANNA. Those drugs are the ones that HARDENED IN HER BUTTOCKS leading to the abscesses/infections. They DID NOT KNOW what the hell they were doing and ERSCHOVICH, as a DOCTOR, was aware of this and DID NOTHING BUT BEGIN A SEXUAL RELATIONSHIP WITH ANNA. Nice move Doctor E.

Birkhead appears to be an ok father, but he uses Dannielynn as his support. What is has is what would have went to Daniel. Birkhead has everything that was Annas. He was a short term boyfriend who Anna broke it off with, let us remember while Anna was grieving the loss of Daniel, Birkhead ganged up on her with lawyers and put a lot of stress on Anna. He is also responsible. It was said he too, took drugs. Do we really believe anything from any of them??

I pray that little girl has a more beautiful life than Anna had. I feel bad for her that she will have to bear the burden of the trials and her mothers painful legacy AND I HOPE that Larry will do the best he can to help her through it. We'll see...
Larry Birkhead is the best thing that happened to Dannielynn. Thank God that he is raising her and not her mother or her mom's attorney. But Larry, give Anna's mom a break. She loved her daughter and her grandkids. Let her have contact with Dannielynn. You can't believe everything Anna said about her, after all, look at the shape she was in.

Anna was an adult and she took drugs. The baby she carried while on drugs in an innocent angel. Can we even begin to imagine how hard it is on a baby to suffer the withdrawal symptoms ? That poor baby went through this, because I believe it was impossible for Anna to quit the drugs when pregnant. Women on drugs should not get pregnant, it is a crime, worse than abortion.

I for one Do Not Believe HKS is guilty--Again do research Anna before she married Oil Tycoon & before Playboy was a Drug Addict already in and out of hospitals thats the rift between her and her mother. Let's also remember if it weren't for HKS she wouldn't have won her Supreme Court Case. Really believe in my heart of hearts that HKS is Dannylynnes father. What I can't figure out is if Anna was so ill she could hardly stand up and had to drink her pedialyte from a baby bottle, why didn't they take her to a hospital? Why did HKS turn away the Dr? To avoid bad publicity?? Please... wasn't Anna's well-being more important than some bad publicity? And if she was that sick, how did she give herself 44 different drugs? including injections to her own rear end? Somebody else had to have given her those drugs. I think HKS turned the doc away to avoid having to explain the injections and all the medications laying around with names other than Anna's on them. I can't believe HKS hasn't been charged with at least manslaughter. If for no other reason than that he knew she had taken multiple medications, was in bad shape and in need of medical attention and he refused to let a doctor see her.
