Normally she looks like a twig, but she actually looks pretty good in this picture. Her legs like quite nice, and her arms look like there is some muscle on them. I need to see more!!

Confused. If she has an eating disorder then it's NOT okay to pick on her but if she has a drug addiction then it IS okay?? If this is what you mean then why don't you wander on out of your 'cave', into the light of the modern world & get an education?! BOTH are considered to be 'addictions' & are treated by rehab. It sounds like you think 'addicts are a..holes & bulemics are poor souls to be pitied'?
btw, Kate looks wonderful. Her body is great looking now. Too thin before though. Why assume she has any problem at all. Except of coarse her 'selection of lip color'? Ugh. If SHE likes it though, then she should just tell people to "pucker up & kiss my a@@"!!

Hell no she like every other "celebrity" is way to skinny. Whoever said you had to be a size 2 to be beautiful and sexy is mental. Whatever happened to woman with curves being beautiful. A skeleton is not beautiful.

I think it is so sad how some of you are so quick to judge when you do not even know this person, her eating habits, her personality. I am pretty sure she is far more successful, better looking and attractive than many of you haters. how sad it is that you hide behind hideous comments on a gossip website, people like you and the media create eating disorders in vulnerable people as they listen to you utter crap!
