TMZ has learned Justin Timberlake has filed a restraining order in Los Angeles County Superior Court.
We're told Karen McNeil has come to his Los Angeles house on several occasions -- including yesterday -- by entering through the gate.
She always comes to the house in a cab. Yesterday, when she came to the house, she wouldn't leave so his staff called the cops and she was arrested.
